The home was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The AC was adequate and kept the room temperature comfortable. The views were amazing. I enjoyed the enclosed balcony. Self check-in was easy. Check out is 11 am. Our flight was 7pm. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby after checking out to explore. This was helpful. We traveled with two young kids, 5 and 7. There are many playgrounds nearby that they enjoyed.

There is a lack of cooking basics, such as cooking oil, salt, and pepper. The water from the tap smelled moldy and did not taste good. We used bottled water to brush our teeth.

The cleanliness and Calmness. The place is quiet, confortable and very clean. I loved the kitchen I can always do some simple cooking or warming of my food. The wifi too is so fast and reliable I worked without any issues.

I loved everything about the November Stay. It is a comfortable place to stay. In the heart of the city and closer to where I hold my meetings while am in Songdo. It is also very affordable.

The location was conveniently located to a subway station however accessing the property was slightly confusing as there are 2 residence towers A and B. The young gentleman at check in was very accommodating and helpful - a super employee.

Better directions with reservation confirmation. Also the unit itself needs to provide directions on use of the lights, TV, etc. I did not know that the motion light was the master switch. In addition there is another control panel for other electrical functions. This is a condo hotel so it is not the usual hotel setup. Aside from bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, you need to bring your own amenities.

Apartment was really nice. Kitchenette and washing machine worked well. Great air conditioning and temperature control. The reception people were extrremely helpful. Shower and bathroom was excellent. Bed super comfortable. The two bottles of water per day was extremely helpful. Good restaurants on the ground floor. With a convenient supermarket for food as well (though quite expensive). Super close to underground train network.

As I got a small packet (detergent) for the washing machine, I wish I could get a little bit of oil from the reception desk to cook, as I didn't want to buy a whole bottle of oil for a few days. There could be more plug points in the room.

Breakfast is not included. But there are a lot of places to eat particularly Wasabi and Premium Korean Barbecue right across the street from us. And there are a lot of other restaurants and convenience stores on the ground floor and if you explore a bit more there are fruit stores nearby though you have to walk a bit ( good exercise ) to get there.

The location is very convenient (walking distance from the MRT station). The room is exactly as what's in the photos and is very clean. Tips for taxi is to use the address the hotel provides in Korean. Guest can go to the counter on the 3F to receive free (1 or 2?) small bottle water every day during office hours.

I found it a little bit hard to receive staff support in the morning or later in the evenings. I went to the counter for 2-3 times during office hours, but no one was there.

Includes comfortable bed and bedding, a good shower, nice balcony, kitchen with everything you need, and a washing machine. Clean. It's in a skyscraper apartment building and the rooms are surrounded by other apartments. Check in counter is on the 3rd floor. Helpful staff. Mini marts and restaurants located in the building. Feels like a very newly developed area - new empty buildings and spaces, not a lot to walk to, but there are good sidewalks, bikeways, and bus routes. About 1 hour by two buses to the Incheon airport or 30 minutes by taxi.

I love the calmness, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The heating system was great giving that its winter and snowy these days in Korea. I love the kitchen and the wifi is so good.

There were no towels for the floor of the bathroom making it difficult when one comes out of the shower. They need to put floor towels so that the place can be kept dry and one can clean when necessary.

It was value to money. The apartment was really clean and specially the lift lobby had 6 elevators so during rush hours it was comfortable. The room had all the necessary amenities that included loads of storage, cabinets, kitchenware, hot plate, microwave oven.

Clean, cheap, and comfortable

No service at all. No bath towel, no laundry detergent even though there were washing machine. No taxi call service. No room cleaning if I am not staying more than a week. I understand cuz it's cheap but still not satisfied.
