+++ very clean ++ desk with clerk for check-in and check-out ++ fancy electronic toilet + large room + good metro connection to Songdo Convensia

- - - extremely warm room temp, AirCon does not cool (couldn't get below 23) - - - plastic protection cover on matress, uncomfortable and sweat-inducing - - very warm duvet -> difficult to sleep due to everything contributing to heat - - smelly towels in bathroom (probably poorly stored) - staff friendly, but does not speak English well - no cleaning during stay (it's a long-term stay, not a hotel)

Was a pleasant stay with friendly and quickly responding staff. Facility itself is clean - but the toilet had bit of foul smell coming through the whole time. Otherwise handy location with plenty of good food in the complex.

Great for a longer stay, basically you get a full studio with kitchen etc.

Room etc only cleaned every 7th day, towels far too small.

The property is easily accessible by the subway and is easy to find. There are various restaurants and various shops for essentials right by the building which is useful. The room itself was clean and comfortable perfect for a solo traveler. I would most certainly stay again when I visit Incheon.

The room itself was quite hot despite turning on the AC so I had to open all the windows to drop the temperature down. I am sure that this is not the case for most rooms, but unfortunately, one of the other flats on my floor had a very loud dog barking throughout the night.

facilities were clean. Room was very modern and new. There was a fully loaded kitchen which was nice. Nice View! It was out of the way of the main part of the city but very close to the train station.

There is no staff present at the check in counter at all. If you do not have a Korean Phone number you will not get any of the check in information. Main doors to tower closes early and opens late so you need a code to get back in. The building it is in has 3 towers all run by different companies. It was tough figuring out where to go to check in at the beginning.

There is no staff. They will send you a message on your mobile phone in korean (you will need a working phone, with internet to translate) with the accomodation number and digit code to go inside.

The property is located right by a subway station. there are convenience stores and food places near by which helps. The rooms are clean and comfortable. will stay again.
