The location is good. Breakfast is also good. The room and facility are new and clean.

Free shuttle bus service from air port was advertised in hotel detail but it was no longer available.

I was welcomed from the door and ushered in very well. I enjoyed the robot delivery. The gym was awesome! All the equipment was functional, clean and futuristic.

I didnt like that a deposit was held by booking.com, then when I got to the hotel a credit hold was placed on my card exceeding the amount I was meant to pay for my stay, then on checkout I was expected to pay the hotel the full amount of my stay which maxed my card. I had to call my wife loan me money so that I could pay on checkout.

Room was big, comfy bed, nice view, good shower and bath. Good AC and WiFi. Appreciated the store in the lobby and having Starbucks. Breakfast was good and varied. We were there for a conference so can't say much about location though there were some shops and a park nearby which was nice. Staff on reception were friendly and professional.

Dinner was expensive for a buffet and it wasn't clear how much it would cost when we were seated - but we could have asked in advance. Bar staff on the 3rd floor were not so helpful or welcoming when we needed a table for 8. Inferred a large group was not welcome. So we said we'd go elsewhere and they just let us go, lost a bit of money there! So we got drinks and snacks from the onsite convenience store and sat in the lobby area for a drink, which was very comfortable and the staff didn't mind.

The breakfast was good but hope to see bake beans in the menu everyday as we cannt eat meat...the location is excellent near to the halal restaurants that we can just walkby ... the room is spacious and very comfortable and clean... we will surely come back to this hotel again when we go to korea infact this is my second time staying in this hotel...and i will introduce this hotel to my families and friends

There is nothing that we didn't like in this hotel....everything is excellent

The club lounge is exceptional. I particularly like the policy that young children is not allowed to enter, making it a great area to make conversation and to focus in work. The view of the room.

The floor of the bathroom shower area is very slippery! A larger matt should be provided. There is a lack of accessible facilities, I traveled with a senior family member and I worried about slip and fall in the shower area.

Exceptional hotel with stunning views over Songdo. Definitely recommended if you happen to stay around Incheon area or want quick access to the airport. Rooms are spacious, clean, with all the necessary facilities. Excellent breakfast buffet. I also received a lovely gift for my stay in one of the Club Rooms

We stayed here for our last night in Korea, before flying home the following morning, avoiding the traffic chaos of Seoul, ensuring we were on time for our flight! It's a great location to the Incheon airport but a long way from old-town Seoul We have access to the club floors and lounge where the food & drinks were excellent.

Easy to get to from the airport. Our flight arrangements were changed at the last minute. The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating with out changes. They even helped to organize a packed 'to-go' breakfast for us as we had to check out very early.

IT WAS FANTASTIC, LOVELY BREAKFAST BUFFET. CLEAN FACILITIES. LOVELY KING SIZE ROOM. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY. THANK YOU FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE.

They upgraded our booked room to a fancy 'Club Class' room on the top floor with a better view! Very nice!

Now I know what a 'Club Class' room is like and know how much extra it would cost, I don't think it'd be worth the extra expense!
