I stayed for one night while picking up a family member from the Incheon Global Campus. It was the best price for a room with two full size beds, located about a 30 minute walk from the campus and the large mall in the middle of Incheon. There is also a metro stop right outside. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant and convenience store on site. It's a quick trip in from the airport - about 40 dollars by taxi.

The fitness center was not very functional. It had two treadmills that I'm not sure worked and some kind of cable machine that didn't have any weights attached to it. Being quite small, there wasn't really any room to do anything else. The hotel is also not that close to anything, we stayed there for the price, so the balance is, location closer to the Incheon Global Campus equals more money, so we were happy to walk. If you're sightseeing in Seoul, this isn't really the place since the metro would take about an hour to get to anything.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially if you will visit Songdo Convensia for business. There is a bus stop and metro station nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view of my room was beautiful. I did not use the Cafe therefore I have no idea about breakfast.

There was no option for early breakfast.

Nice location, close to the park as well as the mall. The room is comfortable (toilet has different buttons), there are bottled refreshments (water, tea, candies, small cookie) which are freely provided close to the reception. There is also a personal wi-fi in the room and staffs are very helpful.

Excellent access to the Incheon subway line 1: This hotel locates very close to Songdo Conventia and is accessible to other key institutions in Songdo International Business District. This hotel also has "nice-to-have" facilities for business-trip visitors including a coin laundry (which you need to prepare 12 coins of 500KRW), a business center, and a convenience store.

When someone in other rooms use water, I heard strange (alert-like) sound, which probably came from drain pipes.

It was conveniently located and incredibly easy to check-in. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious.

The room was slightly a little old/unclean (ie, some noticeable dust) in some areas (but not enough to switch rooms or complain.)

Very good value for money, accessibility to Songdo Central Park and Incheon National University. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom,

Couldn't think of any except at times the soap dispenser was hard to use (in need of refill).

The room was nice and comfy and although we had an issue with a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, they immediately changed our room to a corner room that had a better view and some complimentary coffee and snacks too! The staff were very nice and helpful and the location was nice as well.

The location is good, very near to the subway. There's a convenient store below the hotel.

There isn't any eatery nearby. A bit of walking distant if needed.
