Absolutely everything! The location was perfect for my meetings at G Tower, and the amenities were truly 10/10. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options that changed daily. My room was quiet, comfortable, and on a higher floor with amazing skyline views that made the stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a much better experience than other Holiday Inn hotels I’ve stayed in, particularly in Europe - the difference, especially in terms of food, felt like night and day.

It is a good hotel and I had a comfortable stay, paid for the breakfast which was worth it, the location is also very nice and they provide parking as well. I especially liked it, because I asked for a room in a quiet area of the hotel and they really gave me such room, I had no sharing walls with anyone and the room was indeed quiet. I recommend this hotel if staying in songdo.

I didn't like that the room had an automatic light, which kept turning on every time I moved, I wish I could turn it off. Another thing was that I had to wait around 15 min to have breakfast because the tables were all taken, and the breakfast only goes till 10 am, I came down around 9h15 waited till 9h30 and at 9h50 they told me they were finishing serving breakfast. I think in that case, they could have given me a few more minutes at least.

(1) Its location - the hotel is located along the Songdo river and central park. The lobby and hotel rooms provide good view of the vast park, stunning skyscapers, nearby museums and beautifully illuminated bridges. There is a subway station at its back entrance and there are rows of eateries, pubs, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores in that area. This area gives a modern yet laid back vibe. My family liked to take a stroll along the river walk at night with cool fresh air blowing! (2) Everything in the hotel looks new/well maintained. The rooms have very comfortable beds, working amenities, strong air-cond, water pressure and bidet. Housekeeping was clean and efficient too. (3) Free parking for hotel guests. The basement 1 car park has very high ceiling, very brightly lit and airy compared to other hotel car parks.

(1) Nothing much. Just that the reception counter staff could not understand our enquiries in regards to car parking issue when we checked in. As the hotel lobby is located on the 21st floor, having to go down & up again to settle our car parking was not fun.

Great location in Incheon near the Central Park and Hop on Hop off bus. Very comfortable quiet rooms with good bathroom. About 35 minutes from the airport - an easy Uber ride. Staff were helpful and we were able to leave luggage after check out behind the reception area which was great as we had a late evening flight. We had no issues with check in as we arrived around 9:30pm but it looked like it could get very busy at usual check in time (there is a ticketing system).

Nothing - was great for our short stay in Incheon.

Amazing room, and a surprisingly large bed, the staff are very friendly and we had a great view from our room. Right across from some delicious food options, 7/11 & a train station. Nothing to complain about with our stay, it's exactly what you paid for.

It's quite far away from the city center and most generic sight seeing locations, if you don't have a car or you can't navigate the train system it might be quite difficult to get in, it takes about 2-3 trains and a total of close to 40 minutes to get to the main city center.

Location is quite central, and was good to walk around Central park which is just beside the hotel. Breakfast has a good variety of food.

We were confused where to check in at first since we arrived a bit late in the night. We then figured out that the reception is at the 19th floor, which was the first time encountering it, since most hotels would have the reception at the Ground Floor. Maybe more signage on the lift lobby or entrance would help.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the location was really good right in Central Park near a supermarket and restaurants/cafes.

The Wi-Fi cut me off whenever I wasn’t using my phone so I didn’t receive messages in real time and had to reconnect every time I picked my phone up. The air conditioning lights were really bright so the room was never completely dark. It was only when I covered them that I conquered my jet lag!

Room was nice! 2/3 staff were pretty good.

Directions from subway exit were unclear. Ended up wandering around looking for the entrance to the hotel, NOT the lounge/cafe. One staff made a mistake and then expected me to return to the front desk immediately 😮 to sort it out. All staff could do with a little more English study. If breakfast was included in the price it would be perfect…

Although breakfast at the hotel came at an additional cost, it was excellent, featuring a wide selection of both American and Korean dishes. The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Park, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. A nearby Costco adds to the overall convenience. Additionally, the airport bus stop is just a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Holiday Inn is just outside the metro station Central Park. Easy access. Reached the destination by Taxi from the Incheon airport. It is about 45 min to 50 min. ride depending on the traffic conditions. The ambience was quiet calm. The included breakfast was very good. Being a vegetarian, I survived with their fruits platter, bread, butter and Jam along with that Corn flakes and dry fruits and nuts. Ofcourse for non-vegetarian there were umpteen varieties

In the breakfast buffet it would help a lot if they also mention by the Vegetarian icon (with Green dot) for the vegetarian food and non-vegetarian icon for egg and meat foods in each of the menu description. Much to my dismay, the last order for dinner was 9:00 p.m. We wanted to try their roof top restaurant and went there at sharp 9:00 p.m they told that it is closed..!!! That was a real disappointment.
