We chose the location in order to tour the main sites of this part of Incheon. We were not disappointed. We walked to a nearby Wolmi Sea Train station and rode the loop on the "el" for about an hour. We walked to Chinatown, the Fairytale Village neighborhood, and the shops and restaurants around the Port Museum. Both of our meals in Chinatown were memorable and fantastic. The hotel breakfast buffet was also outstanding with a superb selection of items to choose from. Our room was spacious and clean. Don't miss lunch at the Incheon Fish Market, what an experience with crab, clams, shrimp, abalone, and scallops selected from the vendors before cooking in the back ... a 10 minute taxi from the hotel.

Not too much to complain about. Our shower leaked onto the floor so we had to put a towel near the shower door to contain the water. The hotel has seen better days but it remains kept up pretty well. We were also asked to leave the lobby because we had beers from the adjoining 7-11. We were not loud and other groups also had drinks so we didn't understand why we were asked to leave. There was no place to go except our rooms which were too small for our group. We ended up in an upstairs conference room and made sure to clean up after ourselves, but we felt guilty for sneaking around!

We stayed here only for 1 night as a transfer before going to the airport. We chose a harbor view room which had a really nice view. The guy at check in was really nice. The place was really quiet which was nice after the big city. The attractions nearby were enough for just half day. The fairytale village near the hotel is quite unique with nice cafes.

My beddig had quiet a few staines: something grey on the pillow and few red spots on the blanket. The body wash container in the shower didn't look the best either.

When my flight changed, I informed the hotel & they were quick to respond, letting me know that there would be no issue with me arriving much later than planned. The staff was super friendly, my room was clean, I was allowed extra time to check out beyond 11 am, they called a taxi for me, there was a 24 hour 7-Eleven in the lobby, price was e collect, and Chinatown was within walking distance. Exceeded my expectations!

Located next to Chinatown and the animated Sinpo-ro you are just a few minutes walk from all restaurants and some museums. There is also the Freedom park a few meters higher... Get ready to climb some stairs! 😉 The hotel is quiet and the room was comfortable.

Maybe time for a bit of renovation/refreshment? You do not want to look too closely at the carpet on the floor 😜

Very comfortable and modern room, and very comfortable double bed. Near to Chinatown, you can have a walk nearby very easily. The staff was very helpful also to book a taxi to the airport.

There were some hairs in the bathroom, so cleanliess was not "perfect". There were 3 (1) A/C devices on the room, when only one was enough.

The room was everything I needed it to be, quiet, comfortable, and organized. I felt I received good value for price paid. I enjoyed the location, since I only had one full day to explore. Staff was great! The facilities were well maintained. Because Christmas was a few days away, everything was festively decorated.

I really cannot think of anything negative about my stay.

Great breakfast. I ate all the Korean food they had. My spouse preferred American breakfast, the eggs were cold. Great views in the room of the harbor. There is a 711 on the property for some quick munchies. Staff was very helpful. Property is close to everything, China town, monorail, buses, parks.

Well located modern hotel. We stayed here during a 24 hour stopover and it was a good choice. It is very close to Incheon town with restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. It is about 30 minutes by taxi from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 - against over an hour to transit into Seoul itself. Room was very clean, functional and reasonably sized for 2 people for one night. Polite and helpful staff.

Shower door opens in, which is a little difficult.

The staff are amazing and the hotel is in easy walking distance to the Incheon station to get into Seoul.

The temperature of the room was very warm and didn’t cool off.
