Location - beachfront with lovely seaview from room, a selection of places to eat and several convenice stores all within a short stroll. Hallim Park is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. Can also get to several other popular attractions easily by Uber taxi - Osulloc Tea Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art, the beautiful Spirited Gardens and the must-see Arte Museum of Jeju. Don't be put off by the comparatively simple decor of the room. The main thing is everything works. The walkin shower is so spacious and easy to use. It is way better than some 5 star hotel bathrooms I have ever used in my well over 40 years experience of travelling around the world.

Room was updated and air conditioning was up to the task on a very hot day. View from the room was nice, but there’s a road and power lines between it and the ocean. Free parking in back and laid back atmosphere. We loved it! This beach is lovely and we really liked the Korean way of beach enjoyment. Total cultural experience.

Really good location next to the beach. You have to visit Hallim Park (by foot) and it's lava tubes there - just take some mosquito spray with you :-)

During peak days it might be difficult to find a parking space.

The location was great, right in front of Hyeopjae Beach (so the view was amazing). We liked our room and felt we had enough space. The bathroom has glass walls/windows on some pictures, but there's actually a blind you can put down.

Sometimes the staff were a bit all over the place. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, because there're a big public one right in front of the beach. If you get there in the middle of the day, you might have to drive around the parking lot for a while before finding a space.

The views were amazing

Location is amazing and close to everything. My family loved the simple, yet beautiful hotel. Staff was welcoming and always greeted our kids. Despite the language barrier, they tried their best to always greet us and help us.

Location and great delicious restaurants.

The mini swimming pool in the room was nice but it took a lot of time to fill up and the water was not hot enough. Still it was fun/ok once it had water enough.

The location is perfect. The room was also a good size. The staff was polite, and let us leave our bags there for a few hours after checkout. It's also very easy to get to. There is a convenience store and a coffee shop onsite. The upstairs area boasts of a large relaxing area and you can see the waves crashing nearby.

It's a "seaview" room, but its it's only about 30% seaview. The other rooms looked like they had 100% seaview.
