The private whirlpool in the room was great! Excellent customer care! I gave them a call after leaving Jeju because I had misplaced my son's and my residence cards and wanted to check if they could have slipped out at the hotel. At first, they said that no lost items were found in the room. To my pleasant surprise, a few days later, just as I was about to report the residence cards as lost, I received another sms with a picture of our cards with a message saying someone had brought them to the hotel! Special thanks to Hee Jung Kim from Hotel Aguila for the fantastic communication and for mailing us the cards back on their cost :) Could not have asked for better service! We will definitely stay here again if we return to Jeju.

Aguila Hotel is great value. I have stayed here a couple years ago and I think they made some improvements. The pool is great. The beds and bed linen were new, or at least in top quality condition. It's conveniently located a two minute drive or 10 -15 minute walk from the beach and many restaurants. The staff was very responsive..!! I will stay here again, because I love Hyeopjae Beach..!!

The room was spacious, bed was comfy, the furniture was a bit old. My room was on 5th floor, so I had a breathtaking view to the sea and sunset. The swimming pool at the roof is must visit! The location is good in terms of view and it's near to the beach, but it's far from the center, and it was a bit challenging to get there from the airport on my own by bus. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this hotel!

Room needs renovation

It could be either low season driven, or it is any time the same quality, but in our case everything was good and well done: - sea view was amazing, I did not notice better views in the area (we had room on the 5th floor) - every day very accurate cleaning (we know that it is for over 3 nights stay for eco purposes) - friendly and polite staff - roof top pool and jacuzzi were really cool and helpful in rainy season

Not much - maybe it could be good to arrange earlier check-in (not in 16, at least 14-15 as standard ones)

Everything was very good. The room was big enough and had a nice sea view !!! It was great to wake up in the morning and look outside! Also the rooftop was awesome. jacuzzis and big swimming pool with chairs... The hotel was well located, not far from convenience stores and restaurants, and near bus stops too so moving around was not difficult. The bed was also very comfortable and toiletries were also good. The front staff was very nice

There is a gap between the shower door and the floor so water flew into the main area of the bathroom so I was more careful the next times I showered. But that was quite unexpected!

The hotel has a great view of the ocean with a few restaurants nearby. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are nice although we did not get to use it as it was early spring. You can also drive down towards Hyeopjae beach and Hallim Park and there are lots of local restaurants. Room has amenities such as toothbrush, shower cap, mini sewing kit, razor, cotton buds/pads.

The room and amenities were good but we got bed bug bites. Perhaps it was our room only and we could not figure if it was the pillows or the bed that was infected.

The floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views was amazing, and top roof pool with beautiful sunset views was my favorite. There are convenience stores nearby and a vinyl coffee shop, where you can listen to music and drink coffee while enjoying the sunshine and sea views. Definitely recommend this stay. Also, taxis often drive by, so easy to travel.

2 bottles of water a day couldn’t enough for 2 adults, so we have to spend money to buy extra water.

Beautiful sea view, nice pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop, comfortable beds. Staff was helpful and attentive.

They don’t serve breakfast and many cafes don’t open until 10am so it can be a wait until you can eat in the morning.

V easy parking, staff was v helpful with recommendations, clean rooms and quiet neighbourhood, short drive to many eateries around. Balcony was a nice touch.

The shower door had a little Gap at the bottom, so a half of toilet floor where the basin n bowl were got wet after each person showered. Bitten by a mosquito.. could b from opening the balcony door.

Location was great between Hyeopjae & Aewol. Ocean views and balcony were beautiful, and parking was super easy, as they have their own lot. There was a day it poured and some roads to cafes in Aewol were beginning to flood, so I ate near the hotel that day. There is a dumpling soup place right below the hotel, and a black pork barbecue place in the building in front of the hotel. Both were delicious, and there are a few other restaurants also in the vicinity.
