The spacious room, the view, the swimming pool, the breakfast

We didn’t like the rules and restrictions at the swimming pool. No outside food or drinks are allowed, but the menu is very small and quite poor (E.g. only Terra beer, no cocktails; no pizza, French fries or hamburgers). Many international guests at the hotel, so the food and drinks need to be more international too. Also didn’t like being charged for tables and chairs. Customers should be told in advance about this extra charge. If you don’t have a car, getting to or from the hotel is neither cheap nor easy. No bus stop, no shuttle service. And the front desk wasn’t helpful. The person won’t even reserve an early morning taxi for us so we could catch our flight in Jeju City

Spacious room. Laundry room comes with 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, detergent was automatically loaded. 24-hour convenience store is available.

Room cleanliness could be improved, noticed some dirt on the table. Wet shower area was not fully covered. There was only a half-width glass panel separating the wet area to the supposedly dry area. So around half of the bathroom floor (up to basin area) will be wet when you shower.

The aircon was super cold we loved it. TV was a huge one and we had loads of downtime watching TV. Staff was very friendly and helpful. GS25 downstairs was well stocked. We loved the little cafe next to the hotel. Great pies and coffee.

Sofa could be made more comfortable with sofa pillows. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft, no support for neck and head.

I stayed in Family Suite A with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a clean, spacious unit with a pool and ocean view. There was lots of parking. The laundry facility costs ₩4000 (card only).

I wish the BBQ area was open as we were not allowed to cook meat or fish in the kitchenette. Pool opening time of 11 AM seems typical in Korea, but I wish the pools were available sooner because it was HOT during my stay.

The breakfast was a decent buffet with an omelet station, hot and cold dishes, fruit, yogurt, breads, juices, etc. I liked having a shoehorn by the door to help get my shoes on. The shower was great, and the room was very clean.

I would have liked to have more storage in the room to unpack our suitcases. I also would have liked to be able to keep the room cooler. We set the thermostat to 22C, but it stayed at 25C. We had to open the window to cool it off (and of course it just warmed up again once we closed the window).

There is family room, 1 queen bed and 2 single bed so my family of 4 no need to squeeze each other. The room is big, ample space for your luggage. Location near the beach, but we did not explore it as it was rain and the weather start to drop (visiting in winter). The toilet had bidet. Below has GS 25 - small convenience store, same floor as the lobby.

Clean room and furnishing made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were very professional with the check in and check out process as well. Free parking on site was good.

The location is not amazing and I don't think there were many things around the property. There weren't many nearby food options, which my party was looking for after a long flight. But since most travellers self-drive, I think the not-so-ideal location can be overlooked pretty easily.

Great value with the size of the room we booked. It was also very clean. Location wise, it was good and near to places we wanted to visit in West Jeju.

Nothing much to dislike.

Located on the main road and has great facility eg. karaoke rooms and roof top! There was also swimming pools but it was not in used due to still cold weather. The staff was great and self-serve convenience store was located inside.

Had to do lots of U-turns from the main road as depending which direction you're driving to get to the building.

We rented a car so it was nice to have a free parking and it was spacious Rooms were spacious as well and it had microwave and fridge And TV and AC
