All the amenities were top tier!

Would have been great to have a view on the pool instead of the airport and the top floor bar was a bit dirty compared to the standard of the rest of the hotel (e.g. smell of beer and sticky table).

The room was very spacious and had a great view. Amazing and helpful staff who made our stay and my birthday and memorable one.

My only criticism was the website and QR codes for dining (in room) were not easy to navigate. Also, we weren’t made aware of the airport shuttle bus when we booked so paid for a taxi we didn’t need.

People were smoking in hallway and that seemed to be a normal thing, need more enforcement against cigarettes in rooms and hallways.

All the details in the hotel room were above and beyond! Loved staying at this hotel and for the price, was well worth it.

This is probably the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at. The minute we were dropped off at the grand entrance of the hotel, I thought we were in Las Vegas! The property is huge towering over Jeju. So many amenities that we did not get to try so we will save it for next time, including their skytop bar as well as their indoor/outdoor swimming pools. They had upgraded us to ocean view on our arrival since the city view room we had originally booked was not available. So we were very surprised with this treat! The rooms were enormous and absolutely stunning! The toilet was in a separate room with its own sink and the rain shower as well as bath tub were such lovely options to have after a long day of exploring Jeju! The rooms were spacious giving us gorgeous views of Jeju each morning and night. Plenty of local eateries available nearby. There’s also a delicious black pork restaurant just across the hotel as well! Customer service was excellent as well. We didn’t have our rooms made each day since we kept it clean daily, but the housekeeper ensured to provide us daily water bottles which we appreciated. Truly looking forward to staying here again if we are ever in Jeju!

The staffs in the hotel were very helpful-they went above and beyond to try to create a take out breakfast box after knowing that we won't be able to eat breakfast on our departure date. Room was clean, very big and has a very good view of the city. The outdoor pool was also nice. For the food we tried the Korean BBQ and Japanese restaurants and they are both pretty good. The hotel also offer shuttle bus to the airport and the shopping district, which we utilized and appreciated.

Our biggest surprise was that since this is a this is Jeju, we were expecting a resort hotel, and the podium to be a department store (like Lotte Seoul). In reality we felt this is more like hotel in Las Vegas and Macau. The big podium has a casino, and about 2 floors of shopping (shops without brands but descriptions in Chinese) that are put together by the hotel, and is very quiet. Since I think this hotel welcomes a lot of mainland tourists, there are emphasis on Chinese sign and label, taking away the feeling that you are in Korea. It also has strange taste in always playing 80s pop everywhere (elevators/ restaurants etc.), which I don't think it match with the Grand Hyatt branding.

The Grand Hyatt Jeju exceeded all our expectations. The hotel itself is stunning - luxurious, modern, and incredibly spacious. Our room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed, a spa-like bathroom, and beautiful views. What really stood out was how much the hotel offers. There’s a massive range of shops and restaurants within the hotel, and many of them stay open late, which made everything so convenient. The staff were also fantastic - professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The service was seamless from check-in to check-out. A special mention to Randy from the staff, he was especially helpful and made us feel very welcome. His friendly attitude and local tips made a big difference in our stay. Also Jake was great at check-out, assisting us with our luggage and making the departure process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Jeju.

Exceptional staff was the highlight of this stay. From Seline at check in who helped us with questions and settled us in. The staff at the Han Mall were also very pleasant. Great team who make this place a 5 star ⭐ There are many facilities on site which made it quite convenient and the location is quite central to most public transportation.

We had some problems with the room temperature yet the staff were able to accommodate our needs and ensured we were nice and cool. The temperature inside is around 24 degs so be mindful if you are coming from a place where your summer temperature is that.
