Loved the breakfast availability! Also loved how clean the bathroom was too. I also liked the viee from my room
The check in is so late...i wish it could've been earlier. Also the outlets near mg bed didn't work in my room. I couldn't charge my phone...oh and lastly the walls are thin...i could hear other people doing...nightly activities

Very well situated close to one of main shopping districts in Jeju City with many bars and restaurants nearby. Room had everything we needed and anything else we could buy in the streets around. Breakfast buffet very diverse including western-style and korean options. Hotel is not too far from the auirport also, so convenient for a taxi ride.

My stay was excellent in every way - My room had all the amenities I could ever need, it was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Spacious toilet with standalone shower, bathtub and WC, all housed together. Near to all the happenings in town.
A very busy hotel so do expect many guests. Thus waiting for the elevator can be a challenge.

Amazing staff who can speak mandarin and english at the hotel and gave impeccable service during my stay. I loved that my room came with a balcony.
The breakfast ends very early and staff at breakfast outlet were not very nice, they dont clean tables after guest leave the table though they saw the dirty tables.

Room had good view of Mt Hallasan. Nice mix of local and western food for breakfast
Design of shower room is flawed, water drips all over the floor everytime we take a bath. Will be good to have another mirror installed outside of the bathroom; currently only 1 mirror which is inside the bathroom.

Hotel location with plenty of shops around. Breakfast was good. Observatory deck located within my room level. Can get a glimpse of Jeju airport from afar. Lastly, large bathroom with bathtub.
