Great location, easy walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops. Great staff, always welcoming and helpful. Quiet and clean room with a comfortable bed.

Unable to control temperature in room. Wallpaper peeling a bit. Electrical outlets could be tightened, unable to hold electrical cords in place. Minor inconveniences.

Location was great - close to the airport, quick access to public transport, with lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store across the alley. My room was kept clean and always stocked with the complimentary snacks & beer (the prawn ramyeon was my fave).

Check in was strictly at 3pm - the Front Desk agent called everyone waiting for check in to be given their rooms all at the same time. I arrived on an early flight and had asked if I could get an early check in and was willing to pay for it. The colleague just reiterated the check in time and didn't even check to see if a room might have departed early and if it can be offered for an additional charge. It was my mistake to not make my booking initially for the night before, but it would be good to be able to offer this option to guests as an upsell opportunity.

We had a good sized room with a view over the city. The sofa option in the deluxe room is useful. Beds are very comfortable and the room was a pleasant place to be. Breakfast options were excellent and we enjoyed a 3 course breakfast on each day of our stay. Staff do a great job of keeping everything clean and well organised. Location is central in Jeju City with lots of places to eat nearby.

Rooms would benefit from a full height mirror and more surface space.

We stayed at the Shilla Stay in Jeju because of its proximity to the airport while still being in a lively/shopping/eating area of the city. Indeed, although we took a taxi it took less than 10 minutes to get to airport, and we had no problem finding some restaurants and something to do. The hotel itself is exactly like other Shilla Stay hotels across Korea, so if you've been to one, the rooms are exactly identical. Overall it was a comfortable stay, quiet and well located and I'd stay here again for the purpose of easy transit.

Like with seemingly all Shilla Stay hotels there's a shortage of power plugs in the room and you'll have to use the provided extension cord. There is also the dark door panel that slides across to reveal the bathroom behind a glass window, which we don't particularly care for so we always keep it closed. For those wanting to explore the island the hotel is probably not best located and you'd probably want to also have a car.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There are many food options, convenience stores and Olive Young around the hotel. Great location.

As we went during winter, the room can get rather hot and stuffy as we could not adjust the room temperature. We had to open the windows slightly. The pillow was also too soft for us. If you are renting a car to go around Jeju, be sure to rent a smaller size car as the hotel car park entrance is quite tight.

The hotel was amazing. The entrance hall was superb, very chic and cozy. Everything was super modern, and the room was pretty good too. The bathroom was gorgeous, with automated toiled and a nice bath tub. The hotel location was great, close to several stores and restaurants. Public transport was also available and the bus stops were in a walking distance. Excellent hotel! I would totally come back, and I recommend to other guests visiting Jeju City.

I think the only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the shower. Both me and mom are tall, so the shower rose was too low and once you opened the water, it would not stay in place, so you would have to hold the rose while showering, which was very frustrating for us. Also, the water would slash and wet all the bathroom because there was no shower curtains or a glass wall to prevent the water from escaping. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Room is nice with 2 queen beds. Good enough for family of 4.

The location was quite congested with cars as there were eateries around the hotel. So just be careful if you are driving a rental car.

Great location in the city center, near to Shilla and Lotte tax free shopping malls. Also convenient to take busses nearby, direct bus to airport as well. Staff is nice and helpful.

No bath salt

The location is good, walkable to many eating places and many big brand name stores. Rooms are cleaned well daily.

They offered paper cups for the bathroom and coffee and tea. I think they can offer proper cups instead.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, good staff, great location near plenty of shops and restaurants.

No full length mirror in the room, unable to adjust the heating as it got too warm and stuffy which made it uncomfortable. No room service and restaurant/bar only available after 8pm with limited food options.
