Modern room. Location.
Opaque but still see through door to the karzi - I like my privacy when undergoing my ablutions and the Memsahib doesn't want to see the, "last turkey in the shop on Christmas eve", as it were, what. Perfume diffusers - these can be carcinogenic, I am allergic to certain brands, and whenever I see them I assume that the hotel is trying to hid the stench from blocked drains or similar. Save yourself some money and get rid of the horrible things. Room safe not secured to room structure - if I had a mind I could have walked of wi' it.

- Convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, including self checkout convenience on ground floor and GS25 across the road - Good size room which is relatively clean and new - Free car parking for guests, though it has a parking lift system so you should factor 10-15mins each time you want to collect your car
-As its a brand new hotel, there were certain facilities still being built/ under renovation and non accessible - Would have been good to have a coin laundry service and gym (perhaps these are still under renovation) - They have strict 11am check out and late check out is available at a cost

Very sadly I was a little ill whilst staying at the Bolton so could not make full use of its facilities. This was nothing to do with the hotel of course. We did go to the rooftop bar for drinks which was really nice and I would have loved to get into the warm and very inviting pool. Sadly, on this visit it was not meant to be. Perhaps another time.....
New Chicken restaurant/cafe being added at ground floor level.

Great location - the bus stops to airport and other locations (ie Jeju Auto house, Dongmun Market, Shopping District) just outside of the hotel. There are also food markets a stone throw away. The rooms were very clean and toilet were very comfortable.
Nothing. Parking area can be a little tight, but they do have 2 lot for SUVs.

Very handy location in central jeju, with good access to main bus routes to and from Jeju intetnational airport. Also plenty of restaurants which should cover most preferences.
Other facilies such as roof top area and pool were still under construction.

The perfect location. It’s right in the city center and closed to everything. And it’s clean, new, and large. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped us to book a taxi to airport as we couldn’t order one on taxi hailing app ourselves successfully.

Everything exceeded my expectations - the best hotel we've stayed in Korea so far.
The bathroom was all tiled so when the shower floor is wet it can be very slippery. It would also be better if 2 key cards were provided - we were only provided with one.

The location and ofcourse the hotel was very good interms of comfort n stay. Hotel rooms were very neat and clean including the toilet and bathroom. Breakfast was quite good too.
