Lovely staff, spacious corner room, very comfy bed and good bathroom. Excellent location not far from the walking street. A supermarket right across the road and of course convenience stores all around as well. We booked a Global Taxi for two days. Hammi took us pretty much right around Jeju Island. We saw lots of great scenery, did some great walks, had two excellent meals and even saw the women divers at work. This was very unexpected and an absolue highlight.

Rooftop bar was closed so no food or drink available on site. Signage about this was a bit contradictory but once clarified we knew lvls 15 and 16 were closed.

The hotel felt luxurious and very clean, it was easy to work with the receptionist on changing the dates, it was better to book directly with them. They were all very kind. I loved my room and my experience here, I would love to come back!! The rooftop was still under construction when I was there in April 2025, but it was quiet during rest hours, I loved the hotel, and the room. There was tea and the bed was so comfortable, hot water shower and great AC!!

The rooms are clean and location is near many eateries & airport. There is a mart beside which you can get some necessities conveniently. Parking is available for hotel guests and the reception will need to keep your car keys after you parked your car.

Laundry room is available, however there is only one washing machine and one dryer. No detergent is provided and the hotel does not sell any. You will have to bring your own detergent if need to do any washing.

We enjoyed a pleasant night at the Hotel Alice and Trunk in Jeju, rating our experience an 8 out of 10. The hotel is conveniently located not too far from the airport, though it's a bit of a distance from the beach. The room truly stood out with its beautiful decoration, offering a spacious, clean, and comfortable environment. The bed, in particular, was notably comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were amiable, with special mention to the bar personnel who added to the overall positive experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic lounge ambiance, further elevated by the stunning rooftop bar, which is a must-visit. Considering the amenities and experience, the hotel offers good value for money. We'd definitely recommend the Hotel Alice and Trunk for travelers seeking a stylish stay with a great lounge vibe in Jeju.

The location was excellent, very close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tea bags provided were amazing.

The shower door leaks, water ended up getting onto half of the bathroom floor. Instead of proper mugs, those take away paper cups were given in the room instead. Also sound proof isn’t great.

We stayed at the hotel with a rented car, and a big plus of this hotel is the private parking that can be easily accessible and especially free of charge. The room is pretty big and it had a great view of the city (unfortunately not towards Hallasan mountain). The bathroom is also very spacious and with a nice shower. The bed is comfy but it is enormous, the biggest that we had in Korea. We also had a nice walk around the neighbourhood and it is quite close to the main touristic street of Jeju City where there are a lot of restaurants.

The skybar that is quite advertised at the hotel and that is of the same chain is very much overpriced, only the view to the city is worth something. It also seems that the skybar is quite famous with the locals, so the parking slot can become full or overcrowded during the evening and especially on the weekends. Something to keep in mind when you need to return to the hotel with the car. They also have another bar in the hotel but was temporarily closed.

The location is good as it is among good restaurants though you would need around 8 to 10 minutes walk to places like Shilla Duty Free and 22 minutes walk to Lotte Mart. The hotel is cool and the room layout is spacious and well planned

The floor is covered with vinyl/plastic floor mat which tends to trap dirt. It would be preferred that these be kept at doorway only and left the rest of the floor covered with carpet or just plan vinyl finish

Staff at the rooftop lounge were v friendly and we were there nearly every night. Fab views!

Reception staff could not speak English, not even to call a taxi for us. Otherwise everything was fine.

Didn’t like the design of the mirrors just beside the bed. The auto sensor light at hallway was a little annoying, even flipping the blanket in the middle of the night also triggered the light!
