The property is located in walking distance to a some of the best local favorites in terms of restaurants. The concierge is helpful and the little cute little cafe downstairs is a great place to make plans for the day or to sip on Americanos. Their blueberry smoothie is a must! The rooms are comfortable with all the basic amenities and it was very quiet when we stayed. Two of us stayed in a two twin bed room and found the room comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was clean with slippers for both of us, and a small refrigerator stocked with a few waters each day. The room also had an electric kettle with 2 instant coffees and tasty green teas. IJin was a part of the first leg of our trip and we really needed it to acclimate to Korea which it did.

Wish there were more outlets in our room. We had 2 main outlets with 2 each. We had extra battery packs, pocket Wi-Fi, laptops, phones, smartwatches and it was not as convenient in terms of plugs. Additionally, wish the phones called out and the microwave was not just in the cafe.

Great Hotel, not far from the airport. I got the airport Limousine bus rather than the regular buses, it was quicker and the stop to the hotel was 350 metres away. Room was spacious and clean, big bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent, there were a great variety of bread, toaster, ham, cheese, beans, omelette, cereals, frankfurters, yogurt, salad, fruit and a few Korean dishes. There is a cafe downstairs where I had nice coffee and cake there.

The location was ok, not in the centre, takes about 15minutes walk

This is a nice hotel, 30 min walk from the big center! Roo was ok in size and clean. The cleaning is not every day but they change towels regularly and add new water bottles. The lobby cafe is perfect for rainy day stay. The stuff very kind and helpful in all matters. The shower!

The cafe is a bit expensive. There is a view to the building in front. The noise from the street can be laud and there are soooo many mosquitoes even on the 11 floor. They didn't change sheets in all five days we have been there.

It is very clean

They gave me a coupon for a coffee in their café and it doesn’t say anything about the time to use it. When I was going to use it they told me it start after 10 am.

The hotel is located in a convenient location with several convenient stores nearby and short walking distances to many shops and restaurants. The hotel seemed to be a little old but they did a good job on keeping it renovated and modern. The area was very quiet, had no issues with noise. They were able to provide a parking garage, but it's first come first serve, about 8 -10 parking spots which I was able to claim.

This hotel wouldn't be ideal for extended stay.

If you are a business Traveller to Jeju or just need a relatively cheap overnight this ,may be a really good choice, the breakfast was quite spectacular and the rooms are clean with the usual kettle and small fridge. Pretty good for a overnight or a few days of meeting etc.., the staff were helpful

Well our room had no view, sit-down area or balcony, and although you can pay for an upgrade I doubt there is much of a view in any room since the hotel is located in a pretty unban area( not dangerous, just city) . The hotel has a few minor wear issues that are easily overlooked if there is views or other things to focus on but in this case there was not. I would say it's a pretty typical business hotel with a great breakfast, so if that is your need then this will be a good stay.

Location is closer to new Jeju City and further from old Jeju City where all the markets and most attractions are, but finding the hotel via public transport was quite easy.

Hotel is in a pretty good location. Walking distance to Halla Arboretum and night market, quick taxi to Hallasan National Park and Airport. Also many restaurants and bars within walking distance too. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good for 12,000 won extra.

I think a shuttle service would be a great addition for nearby areas including the airport. Other than that I was quite happy with my 5 night stay.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, and only a 15 min drive from the Hallasan track starting point. Staff was nice and free garage parking was provided.

We had an issue with the power plugs in the room. Nowhere in South Korea in 2,5 weeks of travelling we had any issues with our European adaptors. In this hotel, as soon as we connected any charger, it kicked out the circuit breakers in the room. The staff offered different adapters for a fee. We didn’t make use of them in the end.

The room was comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with good choices of western and Korean food. The proximity to the airport was useful and it was super easy to get there on the bus. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

The only downside was the view from the window of the brick wall of the building next door, which was extremely close and caused the room to be a little dark. Obviously this is why the room was so cheap, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel room during the day so it really wasn't much of an issue.
