First, I am very impressed clean & crisp bedding, considerable privacy room design. Compact room size but cosy feeling fully. Second, all staffs whoever covered front desk work excellent attitude with their professional and bilingual. Especially I really appreciated Ms. Jiyun(aka)Suzi who gave tremendous helps to check in at the midnight. Third & last, I have to mention about location of residence. Close to grocery, convenience store, lots of restaurants, public trash, bus stops, small park and police etc.,

All basic cook ware are useful but needs change to new. Consider install emergency bell-connecting to front desk instead of phone directly due some do not have portable phone their hand. Put user instructions for equipments, such as tv remote controller, control room temp, induction.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff were very polite as well and could converse with sufficient English. Proximity to trains, buses and day/night markets was great with cafes and convenience stores very close by as well. WiFi connectivity in the room was strong.

Bathrooms were tiny! It wasn’t great having a wet toilet after every shower with no place to hang clothes or multiple towels. TV setup box constantly needed to be reset for it to work. Doors are thin so you can hear everything going on in the corridor including the cleaning lady going about her chores and luggage being wheeled about with chatters at all times of the day.

We stayed in the family room which is a studio with 2 bedrooms and it is very comfotable. Everything is clean and it seems newly renovated compare to the accomodation around it. The location is pretty convenient, only 3 stops away with bus from Jeju airport. It is located in the new city center of Jeju city. To travel to the other city center of Jeju city ( Dongmun market, Jeonnong-ro), it takes about 30-40 minutes by bus.

It is not noise proof, so you can her your neighbour if they are speaking too loud and no blackout curtain.

Location was great! Just a 10 minutes drive from the airport. Lotte mart is just a few minutes drive away. There is a convenience store nearby, like 30 seconds walk away. Staff are friendly and helped us with the electronic parking. Not all staff speak English. But most of them are able to converse in Chinese.

There are restaurants nearby, there were times when we smell cooking in our room even though we kept our our windows shut.

The location of the hotel was good and they provided a very clean room. Carpark was an automated system and it was quite useful for us because we drove around in Jeju. Room facilities were great - there was even a washing machine!

Nothing major comes to mind. However, it would be good if the hotel could provide bottled water every day during the stay, instead of just at check in.

Very good location with plenty of food choices. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Washer/dryer with soap powder was also provided. We were not able to find parking and appreciated the staff, a young man, who helped found a lot down the street not far from hotel.

Limited carpark lots at the hotel. Also difficult to find parking along the streets near hotel as are mostly eateries, So if you return late, you may need to look for street parking around the area.

Location is good, the studio had all necessities and it was quite new.

There was a message sent about garbage disposal, explaining how to get rid of your own garbage which you have to pay for and drop it at selected collection points. I stayed only 1 night here and it was a bit unexpected to have to take care of my garbage . I would understand if it were a long term stay. I tried to get some clarification from the receptionist but she was not really speaking English so I just gave up eventually. All appliances in the room are in Korean, no English but this is something quite normal around here. I would have preferred however some bilingual options. Papago helped me though.

The property is 4km from airport. Surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants. There is a convenience store 25m away (GS25) and a laundromat 50m around first right(wash n joy). The Daiso and a local supermarket approximately 200m across the road. Ample parking for SUVs as well as an automated car parking tower for sedans.

The washing machine cum dryer had good wash but poor drying. If you need urgent drying, the laundromat was a solution.

The room was fuss-free to live in and had everything you needed in an apartment while remaining space-efficient. Location was conveniently located within the city and within a 5-10min walk to many restaurants. The nearest convenience store was only round the corner of the hotel.

We had to clear our own trash from the apartment, but it's pretty convenient to since the disposal area is only located across the street corner. Due to the city location of the hotel, traffic is slightly heavier so commuting by car/taxi to and from the hotel could be a drag. If you're driving, the parking situation is also less than ideal because you have to use the car lift since there is little street parking available.

Location is a few steps away from airport limo bus stop and public bus stops. Makes it convenient to get anywhere in Jeju. Right on the city area too. Very clean n sufficiently equipped. Beds are comfortable and clean. Has a nice sofa too. Convenient store next door and restaurants nearby
