The location, it is very near airport, restaurants and shops. Jeju Sun has very good service especially Porter Mr Ahn Tae Young. He is very attentive, informative, friendly and approachable. He helped us(7 pax with 7 pieces of 28 inches luggage) to arrange free transport with the hotel transport captain after found out that we intended to catch the 08:00 airport limousine bus. He was worried as the timing in the morning usually not punctured. We would need at least 4 taxi. We are grateful and appreciated his kind and helpful gesture. An initiative that Jeju Sun Hotel has given to their staff. Jeju Sun has free shuttle service to the airport but it is at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. We are very lucky to meet Mr Ahn Tae Young. When we offered to tip him, he refused to accept and told us he was glad that he could help us and hope that we could help to advertise Jeju Sun to friends. Highly recommend Jeju Sun Hotel for their excellence service.

Good location, 10 minutes from airport by car and plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy and plentiful hotel parking. Room was large, comfortable bed and great bathroom and shower. Room was at the back of hotel and very quiet. Decent selection at breakfast (mainly Korean) but omelettes and eggs cooked to order. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff (except one, but issue dealt with quickly). Enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi facilities (separate for men and women) and drinks and food in sports bar was great.

The hotel is minutes away from the airport but there is no airport noise at all! The hotel is located on a main street where you can find anything you might need including clothes, souvenirs and food places. Very convenient.

I can't say it is a "didn't" like, per se, but... One of us travels with a wheelchair. We always request accessible rooms. The idea of accessible changes dramatically from place to place. In this hotel, the room was LARGE so a wheelchair can easily navigate the space. The bathroom was also large and well thought out. They had plenty of grab bars and shower stools and a shower stall with no ledge. It was great! However... the tilers didn't understand to slope the tile toward the drain so the water stayed in the shower area. Each time we showered, there was a lake in the bathroom. The tile was antislip so it really isn't dangerous but it is annoying. Otherwise they get the gold star for understaning accessible!

One of the hotels with the best parking environment. They have 3 spaces so you can choose to enter from front, or from the back depending on where you are coming from. Just remember to register your car plate with staff when you check in. Area is quieter in the mornings but easy to find eating places if you walk around (most restaurants open slightly later). Staff can speak good English and friendly. Room is clean and well stocked to last throughout the stay. Due to new policy, toothbrush/toothpaste/razor are not provided and chargeable. GS25 is just nearby.

Location was great - easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. We especially loved our two-bedroom Royal Suite. For less than what we might pay for a single room in a 5-star US hotel, we got an enormous two-bedroom suite, complete with dining area, living area, two bathrooms, and (bonus!) a private karaoke room. The beds were super-comfortable, with great pillows. My partner said that many people in New York would love to have this as their apartment

I really can't think of anything I didn't like - perhaps having a self-service laundry room would have been nice. Also, they were pretty firm on not letting us check in until 3pm, but I think that was because Housekeeping hadn't finished preparing our room.

The room was very clean . Housekeeping was great. Late night pizza at the Eclipse bar was good quality. We tried every restaurant during our stay and all were delicious. The casino offered blackjack, roulette and baccarat with a few dozen slot machines. Enjoyable, well priced, clean with good amenities. At least 2 other casinos within walking distance. Many bakeries, restaurants and convenience stores a short walk away. Free parking when you stay at the hotel. Would recommend.

Room spacious and fresh. Nice games area in the pub to play darts and pool as well as karaoke and indoor golf. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They gave us lots of recommendation of restaurants and places to visit. Breafkfast had lost of options for asian or continental breakfast.

Customer service is excellent. Staff are very helpful and even approached us to advise that we can check-in earlier than the nominated time and helped us take our luggages to our room. During breakfast, one of the lady chef came out to help us with the coffee machine. When we checked-out at 5am, one of the staff drove us to the airport because we are unable to get a taxi available due to heavy rain. Location of the hotel is good - just a few minutes to the airport and a lot of shops and restaurants around. Breakfast is good, too - lots of choices.

We drove a rental car and it was raining on the day of checking in. We drove into the the first open carpark attached to the hotel. The parking attendant immediately came over with an umbrella and advised us to go round the back to access the underground parking and sheltered access as it was raining and we are travelling with young children. That alone was a very nice welcome. Check-in was very smooth. The staff spoke very good English. The room was very spacious and clean with complete amenities. Although the baby cot was not available, the hotel prepared a very nice sofa bed and a mini tent/play area complete with a soft toy/plushy and some games and fairy lights. It was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very clean. The WiFi very good. And the SMART TV in the room had plenty of options and applications for our entire family. The masseuse/manager of their in-house Spa was very accommodating to my wife's needs and requests. My wife gave a very positive review. She had a good experience throughout, beginning from the booking process, to her treatment package, and during any after-care explanations given. Staff was available 24/7 to answer my enquiries, and also to assist with check-out and booking of Airport Transfer at 4am.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. I booked this hotel the day of due to Korean Air cancelling my flight to Busan and leaving my sister & I stranded at the airport. Reservation was super easy through the booking app and once I arrived, the room was ready for my sister and I. Our room was on a higher floor allowing us a nice city view. The room came with a huge window and the cool thing was the window ledge you could sit on for the view. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport which we utilized. The hotel also had an ATM at the lobby. We really enjoyed our one night stay here and would definitely come back if visiting Jeju again. Thank you Jeju Sun!
