Location : At the heart of the busy shopping and F&B district of Jeju-do. About 10mins walk to Lotte Duty Free Mall. Public transport like buses are easily accessible especially for bus service 600 to the airport or Seogwipo area. Highly footfall visitor traffic from Gen Zs as there's many massage parlours, F&B, cafe, fashion and drinking hole shops in the area. Room : Quiet, fantastic view from 8th floor. Been using the washing machine everyday and there's a dryer rack hidden in the last wardrobe door where the water heater tank is. The fridge is decent full sized with freezer compartment and basic kitchen area for light cooking. Rooftop : Accessible and decent view of the city. Pretty breathe-taking Check In : Easy, the room number and passcode are all sent to my Whatsapp 1 day before check in. Love it!

Garbage Disposal : I tried to be environmentally friendly to help sort the garbage as the recycling disposal center is just below Hi Residence within the multistorey carpark area. First hand experience it knowing that you will be charged for food wastage, paid 300 won for disposing chicken bones and strawberry stems. Maybe this was my downside because my home country isn't that stringent in the recycling efforts like South Korea.

The property was clean, checkin was seamless and the hotel staff were constantly in contact with me. The bed is comfortable and there were enough room amenities. The hotel is in a very good location, the bus stops are close by and it was very easy to get a taxi to and from the hotel. There are a lot of shops around and the location is very vibrant.

Unfortunately I was working online and there was some entertainment happening right outside the hotel. I was on the 5th floor but the noise could be heard in my room and in my meeting. This happened at around 6pm on Friday night. I know it was beyond the hotels’ control but it left me feeling unprofessional in my meeting as it seemed like I was at a concert during an online meeting.

CBD location, close to the airport, convenient location for shops and restaurants. Easy check in/out process, washing machine, drying rack and cleaning supplies provided.

Small hole in the shower causing water to leak out to the sink area so water had to be mopped up after every shower. Garbage bag for trash incenration provided but clearer instructions on how to dispose of garbage would be helpful.

Good location. Near shopping and the airport. Clean room, essentials are provided.

For drying clothes, have to go to the nearest laundramat to dry clothes after washing in the washer in the room. Even if there is a drying rack provided in the room, it is hard for the clothes to dry. Suggest to put instructions in english on instructions on washer usage.

Self check-in was a breeze. Room was big, bright, clean and comfortable. Location was great - lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Parking was one of those automated things. When we arrived, there was no staff around to help us, so we had to park at the paid parking lot opposite the residence.

The waste handling in Jeju has special requirements. It will be good to put a guide into the room, how to do it. For example the egg shell cannot be put into the food waste, it Is going into the general waste etc.

The location is great, walking distance to food and a bit of shopping. Like the facilities in the apartment.

Regularly meeting (a little shocked) patients recovering from plastic surgery on their faces. Perhaps one of the elevators may be reserved for their use at certain times.

The location and amenities in the room are great. Everything is convenient and close to the apartments. I always come here when I have things to buy and need the refrigerator to store them.

The pillows are way tooooooooo soft. I always wake up with a headache or sore shoulders. Definitely not good if you are a side sleeper.

This was a great place to stay during my trip to Jeju! The host was very kind, the apartment was clean and cozy, and all the useful infrastructure was nearby.

Great location, well connected to the rest of Jeju. The view was lovely and the rooms were clean and fresh.

Customer service is hard to reach, and they have limited amenities available.
