Well positioned hotel downtown Jeju City. Everything was as advertised - spacious rooms, good WiFi, goof location. Very easy to reach from the airport - local bus stops literally few meters away from the front door! Helen at the reception was fabulous and gave us great tips! If I am back to Jeju, I would stay here again. (The rooftop restaurant is closed, by the way.)

The only problem I have with this hotel is some dark foil taped over the windows from the outside - it is not removable, obviously, and made the room too dark for our taste. Fortunately, enough lamps and lights inside to fix the problem, but it would be nice to get rid of the foil.

It was very near to the airport, there were a lot of good restaurants around the area as well as souvenir shops. The staff when we checked in was very helpful. Checkout was less than 2 minutes.

We stayed at Leo Hotel in Jeju City for 6 days and really enjoyed our time there. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great – easy to get around, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. But the real highlight of our stay was He Ien at the front desk. She is a superstar – seriously 20/10! Always super friendly, always smiling, and just incredibly helpful with anything you need. She gave us great advice on places to go and things to do, and would actually remember and ask us later how it went. When my friend fell ill during the weekend, He Ien went above and beyond – searching for open clinics, calling to make an appointment, and checking in on her every day to ask how she was feeling. That level of care and kindness is rare, and we're so grateful for everything she did. Honestly she deserves a promotion, a raise and a bonus! Overall, Leo Hotel is a solid place to stay, but He Ien is what made it truly special. Thank you so much!!

Great location in Jeju City close to the airport, and for driving it's amazing as they have free valet parking. The room was quite large and clean with everything you need like bottled water, large TV, good towels, etc...

The AC was old and made annoying sounds at night, though it cooled the room fine. The guy on duty when we checked in was kind of strange. When we first came to check in, this guy blanky stared at us and just said "passport". The whole check in process was quite awkward, he almost seemed unhappy we were there. All the other staff was really nice, however.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s a good value! The room was large and clean, with a real shower (not just a wet bathroom), which I really appreciated. I also liked the clothes steamer in the room. The location was great, it's near the airport. It's also very VERY close to the Lotte Hotel, which many tours depart from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only downside for me was that the bed was a bit firm for my personal taste (I’m American), but I know many people, especially in Asia, prefer that style. I was tired enough from hiking/walking on my tours that it wasn't a big problem, lol.

We absolutely loved our stay in Hotel Leo. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and kind. Miss Hyekim in particular was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The rooftop restaurant is stunning and has good food, drinks and an outdoor area to enjoy the sun. The location is very good, lots of local bus stops and the main bus station is very close. They provide free water daily and gave us a coupon for free drinks at the rooftop bar

They have an optional breakfast buffet which costs about 15£ per person per day. We tried it for one day. The selection was good, but the food, in general, was very average and not really worth the money. Would recommend getting breakfast at the cafes. Theres lots of cafes right next to the hotel.

This hotel location was very convenient as there are shops and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The staff were very helpful in offering information as to which restaurant is better etc. We initially booked 2 ondol rooms (Korean beds means sleeping on the hard floor) but after 3 nights one of my friends who has back issues asked if we could change to normal rooms and the hotel staff said they were full therefore can't offer us a change of room but will bring us additional mattresses. The next morning, their Assistant Manager who heard about our issue, came and offered us two twin sharing rooms for the final 2 nights. That made our stay alot more comfortable.

The aircon in the rooms are not adjustable, some nights warm and some too cold.

The warmth and friendliness of the hotel staff who went extra miles to help parking pur car, searched the shops availability for my shopping list, and recommended the good restaurant for the special dish that we wanted to try for this trip. Our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Helen. Her friendliness and helpfulness exceeded our expectations. She did not only offer extra hands to carry our luggage bags and carry our bags of souvenir gifts and food to our hotel room, she also written down the special dishes in Korean and Englisg so that I could show them to the authentic local restaurant to order. She even drew and showed us the direction to.the place patiently. She's a hidden gem of this hotel.

Nothing to place. Good location in the xity with plenty of shopping and restaurants around. And, it's near to the Jeju International Airport, too.

The lovely lady at reception during the morning shifts was absolutely wonderful! Though I didn’t catch her name, her warmth and expertise made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond—recommending the best restaurants, suggesting must-see places, and making me feel welcome from the very first moment I arrived. Her kindness and engaging conversation were so delightful that I could have chatted with her all day. She truly made my stay unforgettable!

I liked everything - there was nothing to dislike!
