We absolutely loved our stay in Hotel Leo. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and kind. Miss Hyekim in particular was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The rooftop restaurant is stunning and has good food, drinks and an outdoor area to enjoy the sun. The location is very good, lots of local bus stops and the main bus station is very close. They provide free water daily and gave us a coupon for free drinks at the rooftop bar

They have an optional breakfast buffet which costs about 15£ per person per day. We tried it for one day. The selection was good, but the food, in general, was very average and not really worth the money. Would recommend getting breakfast at the cafes. Theres lots of cafes right next to the hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s a good value! The room was large and clean, with a real shower (not just a wet bathroom), which I really appreciated. I also liked the clothes steamer in the room. The location was great, it's near the airport. It's also very VERY close to the Lotte Hotel, which many tours depart from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only downside for me was that the bed was a bit firm for my personal taste (I’m American), but I know many people, especially in Asia, prefer that style. I was tired enough from hiking/walking on my tours that it wasn't a big problem, lol.

This hotel location was very convenient as there are shops and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The staff were very helpful in offering information as to which restaurant is better etc. We initially booked 2 ondol rooms (Korean beds means sleeping on the hard floor) but after 3 nights one of my friends who has back issues asked if we could change to normal rooms and the hotel staff said they were full therefore can't offer us a change of room but will bring us additional mattresses. The next morning, their Assistant Manager who heard about our issue, came and offered us two twin sharing rooms for the final 2 nights. That made our stay alot more comfortable.

The aircon in the rooms are not adjustable, some nights warm and some too cold.

The warmth and friendliness of the hotel staff who went extra miles to help parking pur car, searched the shops availability for my shopping list, and recommended the good restaurant for the special dish that we wanted to try for this trip. Our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Helen. Her friendliness and helpfulness exceeded our expectations. She did not only offer extra hands to carry our luggage bags and carry our bags of souvenir gifts and food to our hotel room, she also written down the special dishes in Korean and Englisg so that I could show them to the authentic local restaurant to order. She even drew and showed us the direction to.the place patiently. She's a hidden gem of this hotel.

Nothing to place. Good location in the xity with plenty of shopping and restaurants around. And, it's near to the Jeju International Airport, too.

Location was excellent, price was fine, room itself was great, check-in process was easy.

The shower had somewhat more mildew in the grout than other hotels in Korea. Breakfast options could be better. Also, the hotel confirmed our request for the airport shuttle through Booking.com when we made our initial reservation. However, there was no follow-up information provided. When I asked for more information on the day of our reservation, they then told us that the shuttle service was not available on Sundays and recommended we take a taxi. If this was the case, they should have denied our request/communicated this earlier, as the reservation included our arrival day/time.

Bed was nice and comfortable. Room was clean. Our room came with a clothes styler cabinet where we could freshen up and sterilise our jackets, this was something we have not come across in most hotels. We stayed for 2 nights before our departure from Jeju. Hotel is only 5 mins away to the airport by taxi.

If you're driving and intend to park at the hotel, just note that parking is accessible only via a car lift. Guests are supposedly not allowed to operate the car lift, but only through the valet service. On the day we arrived, the valet was not present and we were not sure how to operate the lift as there were no instructions in English. It would be good if the hotel had some information in English near the car lift explaining the check-in process and how the parking system works.

This hotel is a quick 20 minute drive from Jeju airport, which is great if you arrive late. There's free valet parking, and a cafe downstairs that serves great coffee and bakes. Interestingly they offer tax refunds for international tourists, as we were told by Helen, the effervescent, helpful delight of a front desk manager, who processed it for us immediately.

The windows have fake blinds that are sort of printed on the glass, and as the hotel is right next to another building, you won't get much of a view. We didn't mind it because it was a short stay.

It was so easy to get to the hotel from the airport with valet service for our hired car. We had easy access to restaurants and shops on the main streets. We arrived on the wettest day in 101 years and so were relieved that we had no problems finding the hotel and quickly checking in. Our rooms were clean and comfortable while breakfast had both western and Korean selections, including salads which is sometimes not easily available, beyond lettuce and tomatoes. We definitely recommend the hotel to all visitors to Jeju Island.

Staff were lovely, the car was waiting for us the next morning rather than having to get them to take it out and stand around while they did that. I took suggestions of others and got the breakfast which was worth it although with a midday checkout having it open a bit later might have been nice.

Carpet is odd, location may or may not be ideal for you. We only had one night and enjoyed poking around on foot but did also take a taxi to the market and black pork street as too far to walk and driving seemed a hassle when we didn't know about parking in that area etc.

It was my first time (& also a Solo female traveller) in South Korea and the lady front desk receptionist was really helpful, friendly and fluent in English. It was the first time that I experienced such personal interaction service from a hotel staff that i thought it was a standard in South Korea for such warm welcoming service. I booked a double bed and the room was spacious with plenty of sunlight coming into the room, which was really nice. The hotel is near a bus stop, about 5mins walking distance, and the buses brings you to majority of the tourist attractions. As the hotel is close to the Jeju Airport, the airport bus also stops near the hotel which is super convenient if you do not want to hail a cab. Since I do not have a driving license to go around the island, I like that it is so convenient to take buses while staying in Hotel Leo. The breakfast dinning area was kind of small, so if there are alot of guests at the breakfast area, it will be tough to actually get a seat and have a meal. But I choose to take up their breakfast as there are both western and korean food, and I wanted to get a taste of authentic korean food. I would choose to come back to stay here in Hotel Leo if I visit Jeju Island again! Thank you for the great first experience in South Korea.
