The room was spacious with carpeted floor. It was very nice and well designed.

There was only one pillow on each single bed and they were thin. Ideally there should always be 4 pillows in a room meant for two people. Or if there were only two, they should at least be big and fluffy enough. Also, the staff was very strict about check in at 3 pm. It will be nice if they could be more flexible.

Stayed for 2 nights and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms and facilities as described. Convenient location and hotel parking is a plus however should note that hotel parking is across the street from hotel - make sure you note down the car plate and make aware to reception staff before leaving each time

Junior Suite is pretty good, smaller than I expected. Dedicated bathtub room with a city view, good TV. Kind of a hole in the wall feeling to the room since it's not huge but it's cozy. Breakfast is good and relatively cheap (~13,000 won). A lot of these places have included breakfast that is more expensive than if you just pay for it in cash every day, buyer beware.

The rooftop garden is kind of a mess, a door doesnt work, it floods, nowhere to sit. Maybe they could improve it a bit.

Staff was very nice, room was lovely and fairly clean. Easy to get to from the airport - only a short 10 minute bus ride. Lots of bus stops around for connections to the rest of Jeju.

I noticed that behind the bed there were some old wrappers and bits left from previous people that hadn't been removed. But the room was clean other than that. I booked the room for 2 people (twin beds), but when I arrived there was only one of everything. (One towel, bathroom cup, soap, etc.)

The location was accessible. Very close to the airport.

The staff possibly should be knowledgeable in English being a 4 star hotel. It was difficult to communicate even with a simple request.

Centrally located with restaurants all within walking distance. Very comfortable large bed and the staff tried very hard to answer some of our questions about things to do in Jeju although they had limited English. All up, a great stay.

The location of the hotel is good. The bus stops are within walking distance and the bus network will connect you to the places in Jeju. Although there are no subway systems on this island, it's not expensive to take a taxi from the airport to Shin Shin hotel, besides the buses. There are lots of shops and eateries behind the hotel.

The air-conditioning was not working, only the heater. There was no ventilation also that we have to open the window. Since the hotel is beside the road, it's noisy to sleep at night.

It was comfortable and in a good location. The room was cleaned well everyday.

Good location. Walking distance to bus stops, shops, and restaurants. Clean facilities. Daily housekeeping. Free water bottles.

Room is a little tight but manageable.

Nice facilitates. Free parking. Clean and great room. I left an important jacket to me and staff held it until I returned back. Appreciated this so much and the staff went to extra mile. Thank you.
