Comfortable beds, nice location. Nice water pressure in the shower.

There was one towel with a big hole. The staff in the lobby almost never greeted us, seemed like they wanted to avoid everyone, the people handling the cars outside also were impolite, did not say anything. The cleaning staff does not speak a single word of English so it was impossible to tell them to wait for 5 more minutes when the clock hit 11 for check-out time they started barging on the door and standing outside in a very bothersome and rude manner. I would say the atmosphere was very cold in this hotel all around and all of my family felt this

The staff at this hotel is wonderful. Checkin was a breeze even without a Korea phone number. There is a lobby with a 24hr coffee/juice vending machine and a free breakfast sandwich. We had to leave very early to catch our flight out and the staff had our sandwiches ready for us at 5:30am in the lobby and helped us order a taxi - we asked them the night before if they could help. The bedroom was very nice and we had a wonderful views of the city/ocean. The shower was extremely nice with a great rain shower. Location was also great and within walking distance to a nice park and many restaurants.

Excellent hotel. Very well located, close to great restaurant areas and the airport. The staff was extremely kind — they held our luggage while we waited for check-in and even allowed us to check in early. Truly great service. There’s a laundry area, which was very helpful and had clear instructions for using both the washer and dryer. The room was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the retro video game machine — I had a lot of fun with it! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and easy to move around in. The atmosphere was very peaceful — we slept soundly without any disturbances. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nothing — everything was great!

The daily breakfast was a real plus. Yummy and different everyday, nutritious & fresh. We requested for early breakfast cos we had to check out and they made it happen. The number lock on the door, the shower, the big fridge, game machine, were all plus points. The staff were all helpful & generally polite. Location is very close to airport. Staff helped to book taxis for us. They spoke good English.

Safe in one room didn’t work, no remote controls for air conditioner in the rooms (maybe it’s becoz it’s winter).

This room is modern and neat. You are provided with slippers which fit even larger feet. The check-in process was very easy and there was always someone at the desk. They are eco-friendly so you can leave a little printed slip on your bed that says you wish to not have your bedding changed every single day. I opted for this since I was only staying 2 days. You also have access to the gym and rooftop and washing room. I went up to the rooftop and enjoyed an amazing sunset which included plane takeoffs. The nearest convenience store is right next door you cannot miss it. I took a bus into town and it is less than a 5 minute walk to get the bus stop. The hotel also provided a sandwich for breakfast in a cooler bag. You could opt in by leaving the empty cooler bag on the outside door handle and in the morning a sandwich made with i think Jeju barley bread along with a piece of grapefruit and a piece of orange and a small sweet. It was very filling and very fresh. Inside the mini fridge is free water bottles which are replenished. The bathroom came with plently of towels and has two different shower heads. 1 was the most common one where you can change the height and take the shower head out. The other was a waterfall square head which I loved. They also allowed me to leave my luggage there after I checked out. The lift is right behind you when you check in and they also provided magnetic notices advising different things that you could stick to your door for example do not disturb. I would definetely stay here again.

Our room was on the top floor corner unit which had a nice view of the sea and sunset. Accommodations were very nice, clean with complimentary half sandwiches for a quick breakfast snack delivered each morning. Valet parking was efficient and convenient. We didn't explore the neighboring area much after driving around the island during the island all day. There didn't seem to be many dinner restaurant options close by and a leg injury prevented us from walking more than a few blocks. Streets around the hotel are narrow but seemed to be safe after dark. Staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions.

This hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay, conveniently located near the airport. Our room was spacious, full of natural light and had all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay (the hotel even provides complimentary sandwiches in the morning, if you want :) The staff was very helpful and they let us check in one hour earlier, which was super nice. The hotel has a rooftop terrace, where you can sit, enjoy something to eat or drink and watch planes against a beautiful sunset backdrop (we did it almost every day!). I would recommend this hotel to all travellers - we will definitely stay there when in Jeju city again.

We liked everything!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean place and good facilities, gym, free morning sandwiches and although parking limited/ tight, the availability of valet service to park and bring up your car was one less stressful thing. But given tandem car lift and tight space, if it was busy, had to wait to get into the carpark. Not enough car spot if hotel is fully booked - fortunately we didn't have issues as we made it back to the hotel fair early but others had to find other carpark if it was full. They also had wading machine and dryer fir free use, that was a plus. Daily water bottles provided and if you booked a suite (which we did) they had a small kitchenette with induction, microwave and fridge but a bit pointless when no pots, plates or cutleries provided. Only 2 mugs. Room and bathroom smaller tgan other places we have been. Close to airport and local restaurants and convenience stores few minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay there

Limited parking and tight getting in the car lot when busy. Kitchenette not properly equipped (no plates or cutleries) and small room/ bathrooms.

Staff were friendly and attentive, I asked for some extra pillows and they got some rightaway. I really liked the eco-friendly nature of the hotel, great initiative! I enjoyed the free breakfast sandwich event they were doing too. The rooms were very spacious and clean, bathroom size was ok. The room had a sink too and a couch area and coffee table. Smart TV had all the streaming apps. Rooftop alfresco area good for chills and had decent views. Location was decent, theres a convenience store right next to the hotel and the shopping and food street is walking distance from the hotel. Several bus stops close to the hotel too.

The bed and pillows weren't as comfortable, We prefer a firmer mattress and pillow and unfortunately the one in the room was too soft for our liking.

The hotel room was a little small for the 3 of us but it was still adequate. A few things that exceeded my expectations: 1) The servicing team was wonderful, I needed a few things like additional pillows, hangers, these were provided within 5 mins of my call. I had the same experience when we needed a refill of the shower gel. There was definitely consistency in the good service 2) The room was very clean 3) Guest can use the washing machine and dryer for free, the only challenge is the waiting time 4) The FOC sandwich was a pleasant surprise, and they were not bad 5) We were able to get a 1 time use heating pad which was provided for free at the lobby during 1 time out of the 6 mornings we were there. There was samples of handcream for purchase 6) There was a convenience shop just next to the hotel

1) The bed was a 7 out of 10 for me. But the pillows were good 2) The hotel was a little far from the main shopping area, its a 20mins walk, it can be too cold and windy to walk in the winter
