Comfortable room size, a bed, and clean bathroom. House keeping service was fine. Slippers were provided. Easy location: A convenience store is at the next building and the hotel is near the airport.

Swimming pool forced me to purchase a towel, although I brought my personal towel. It was cheap (2000 krw), but the hotel didn't inform properly and ruined my feeling. The hotel should consider to inform guests the swimming pool fee as 2000 krw, which includes a tower. Street car noise is loud in the room (5th floor). Better to bring ear plugs to sleep.

I chose this hotel because it's close to the Jeju airport and the Jeju Auto Rental where I picked up my rental car. It was night when I picked up my car so driving to long distance was not on my list. Thanks goodness this hotel was close so it eased my worries. There's a convenient store close by though. I only stayed one night so I didn't have much to explore. But overall, not a bad place to stay. Parking was free.

However, there was not a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast was neat and delicious. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The kids had a great time at the pool and it was easy to access because it was in the city.

I also booked an ondol room because of the kids, but it was smaller than I thought. The staff moved me to a spare bed room, which was very nice.

The place was really nice... easy to go to the airport... the bus stop is infront of the hotel.. The beds were also comfortable. And the staff really polite.

I found unique that the pool didn't had a bar inside. Not exactly bad thing, but as a solo traveller, I went, swim, wait to dry and left.I didn't had anything to eat or to drink while being in the pool. And since I had no company, it was boring.

The breakfast was a little expensive for what was on offer, but satisfactory. The swimming pool was a good size, but it was so cold and I wasn't aware when booking that there would be an extra charge to use the pool.

We choose to have floor beds, and the floor mats were very thin, we folded them in half just to feel some padding - so next time I would 100% book beds as this would improve the comfort.

Overall, a good hotel with all the right amenities.

We arrived 15mins before 1500hrs to check-in but was asked to wait until 1500hrs. Just amazed at the inflexibility and the lack of good customer service. Other hotels would allow me to check-in earlier (15mins) as long as they have a room ready. I was annoyed at this poor customer service.

Room was clean and had a parquet floor. Parking garage was available at no extra charge. Complementary bottled water was offered every day. Hotel is close to the airport but not in the flight paths of arriving/departing planes so no problem with noise. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, but as we had a rental car we never made use of public transportation. Although not located in the city center, some cafés and restaurants are available in walking distance. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi on the top floor offer a nice view of the airport and coast.

The hotel never replied to the questions regarding the parking facilities I had asked through the Booking.com website before arriving . For the indoor swimming pool the use of pool towels is mandatory for which a surcharge is applicable (Won 2000). The pool towels are very small and are not big enough to cover the beach chairs to lay on. The use of room towels is not allowed. The pool is only about 1m deep which is great for kids but makes it difficult for swimming laps.

Hotel very close to the airport. Easy parking. Breakfast was ok. Perfect for a last night at Jeju if you have an early flight. Gym ok, two treadmills but on the one I was using the incline did not work.

If you want to feel like you are on a vacation island choose a hotel closer to the sea or stay outside the city centre. The area is very “big city”. We were not aware that Jeju City was so large.

Amazing service in a very reasonable price. Personal was kind and helpful, which contributed in the wellbeing of our trip. Well equipped hotel with swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym.

We liked everything, but it would be amazing if the swimming pool could be opened for more hours (maybe until 11pm?), but it was not annoying at all.

A good well kept hotel, conveniently close to the airport (useful to catch early flight.) We didnt use the indoor pool or spa due to a short stay. It was within walking distance to the pedestrian street. Car park easily available.

Nothing. The turning into the parking can be quite sharp but was manageable.
