Suite was huge and worth the money. location was great and near many shops, restaurants and the airport. very comfortable beds. staff at check in were great and spoke good english.

Did not allow early check in. The staff I met at check out had terrible service. Asked if she could help us to call a taxi to the airport because I didn’t have a local phone number. She did not even look up, said something to me in Korean and went back to what she was doing. She did not even bother to make sure I understood what she was trying to say. We ended up just trying to flag a cab on the street and we weren’t able to get one for some time.

Sophisticated hotel in downtown Jeju City. Very close to the airport, easy to locate and simple room with great bathroom. Many good spots for food nearby. City centre easy to reach by foot.

One of the staff was a bit harsh and strict in his communication, but we got over it. Otherwise smooth transactions.

I had a great room - cannot fault it really - I didn't consult with staff except on check-in and check-out and on both occasions, staff were very nice. Bed extremely comfortable with 4 great pillows. Room cleaned every day and fresh bottled water and towels provided. Plenty of storage but could do with more hangers. 7-11 on 2nd floor which was brilliant - nice ladies serving. Excellent location - so easy to get anywhere you want in Jeju. Bus stop right across road. Plenty of taxis cruising for business outside hotel. Fabulous salad shop nearby. Lots of other restaurants nearby too.

No handrails to climb out of Bath after showering - not good when you're an older person like myself. No safe. Slippers too flimsy (paper ones). My biggest moan is the high pitched whistling noise from bidet late at night which impacted my sleep a little but not enough to cause me to complain.

The room size, decoration, facilities are all good. The bed is super comfortable. Location is perfect.

The staff in reception desk could be more friendly and with hospitality.

Near to airport

The staff at 711 should atleast know basic english and understand what we want instead raising the voice and like we have done wrong.

The hotel was very clean. I've been to a few hotels in Korea and the cleaning standard is usually not so great. But with this hotel, I was impressed. The front desk stuff was very kind and helpful. And the cleaning staff gave clean towels and water daily. I definitely will be coming back here. The hotel is also in a great location with a bus stop and convenience stores right in front of it.

The breakfast was okay but could have been better for the price. The variety was not so great.

Located right in the heart of city centre so getting around by foot is easy. There’s also lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby and a 7 eleven located inside the hotel building itself easily accessible via the lift so getting breakfast was convenient. Bed was super comfortable, we were well rested after an entire day’s out.

The bathroom only has a bathtub which is a little slippery although there is a mat on the bathroom floor. Room was a little small but good enough for short stays. Parking lot was difficult to reach and exit because of the narrow alleyways with many cars parked on each side.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable- not hard like others in south korea ive stayed in. Staff were super friendily, has a seven 11 on site and buffet breakfast avaliable. Right outside is streets full of shops and shopping open to all hours. A block away is where you can catch buses. In the rooms has a bath which is amazing and views from window is awesome. Also its very very close to the airport, only 12kms.

Didnt have any laundry facilities.

The location of the hotel and the size of the room. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. The spacious air-conditioned double room provides a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe as well as nice city view. It is only a short walk to the Lotte Duty Free shopping center. There are a lot of restaurants nearby especially the best fried chicken restaurant, BHC. The airconditioner works very well and keeps the room always nice and cool. The bathroom is big and very clean with nice fancy bidet.

Rooms were spacious, and each room had its own dedicated router, ensuring excellent in-room WiFi. Excellent housekeeping ensuring tip-top cleanliness. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to restaurants and shopping in Jeju city within walking distance.

The car park was quite cramped, with only a narrow back street leading to it. Maneuvering through the back street was quite challenging due to the large number of cars parked on both sides, leaving very little room to pass through.
