The property facilities and the rooms are new. The bed is comfortable. The food is of the standard you’d expect for the price you pay. The staff are nice.

The front desk staff gave us a wrong room when we checked in. Then we have to go to the front desk to change the room. The front desk staff explained that the room (we booked) has two types (one toilet or two toilets) but we know it’s an excuse to cover their mistake. Finally we changed the room. The front desk staff should be careful to give the right room. Otherwise, it will let guests feel they do it on purpose.

Location is great if you want to visit Ecoland (you get 50% off the tickets too), but otherwise it's really far from all the other attractions and amenities. We booked the suite, so it was really comfy and spacious. my kid like the kidsroom

Lots of walking.. its just the way the hotel was designed.. not very ergonomic. our room was really far from the main hotel lobby/ activities/ swimming pool. No one to help with your luggage so if you have kids and lots of luggage, be prepared to manage them yourself

We stayed in Jeju 6 nights and treated ourselves on our last night to this wonderful hotel. Checkin and parking was easy. We were amazed from the moment we stepped into the lobby with the beautiful entrance and fireplace but were completely blown away by the pool and our room. The pool was beyond anything that we expected! The room and bathroom were so fancy and comfortable. Unfortunately, it did rain and we didn't get to explore as much as we should have. We ordered Eco Fried Chicken and ate in our room - YUM!

The surrounding nature and the train that links the hotel to the theme park. The theme park trip was a highlight of this trip.

The place looks absolutely gorgeous with many beautiful sceneries. However, it lacks benches or chairs to sit on and look at them. Photo zones are placed well. But I really hoped to sit down and gaze upon the nature and the lake.

The room and bathroom was large. The heated pool was a nice addition. The location is quiet and set in a lovely forest. You get 50% off for Ecoland theme park tickets. Big selection for breakfast.

The breakfast was average. A bit expensive for the quality.

size and cleanliness of room

the instructions of the appliances should be available in english. the heater / aircons should also allow a fan mode. the room was rather stuffy if the doors are closed at night.

Great place for families, kids zone, pools, theme park close by; bathrobes were replaced every day which was very convenient considering the high humidity in summer. There is also a possibility to use a washing machine

Expansive resort style property, with facilities like a bakery, buffet restaurant, business zone, pools and spas, quick access to the EcoLand theme park, a seafood restaurant, poolside bar and snacks, a kids play zone, virtual golf, and karaoke rooms.

Took a while to walk anywhere and can be a bit confusing to walk around and know which are the quickest routes to any facilities.

It's a lovely resort in a beautiful landscape. The room was big and had a view of the garden. Breakfast had lots of options. The location requires a car. There were not many options to dine in the area in the evening (most places were closed early).

Breakfast is pricey.

Great hotel in the center of the national park. Large spa area. Delicious breakfast and dinner, great variety.

The water in the pools was a little cold, we were a little cold. But still it was wonderful.
