The hotel was located close to Osulloc Tea Museum which was convenient for our morning. Otherwise, there isn't a ton of food around there. They do have a restaurant and a convenience store inside, though. We got a very large room with two double beds. The view was beautiful! The showers were built dorm-style with two separate shower stalls so you could shower at the same time. And then you needed to walk out of this room to the toilet and sink area.

The location isn't convenient for anything else besides Osulloc and the aerospace museum. The room isn't particularly aesthetic but it's just a room to sleep in!

The room was very spacious, there was plenty of storage, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. The shower was quite nice and even had and decent sized ledge for toiletries. I have asthma, so sleeping with any type of feathers leads to trouble breathing for me. I told them this before we arrived and they had all of the bedding in the room changed out. They even told me beforehand that it would be of lesser quality that what they usually use, so there wouldn't be any surprises. Upon check in the desk attendant showed pictures confirming that they had changed everything before we even got into the room. I thought that was a nice extra tough.

Really the only thing that was a little disappointing was the quality of the allergen free bedding option. It's almost like it was an after thought. The pillows were these weird super tiny things that had some bead material in them. The blanket was like an old school quilt with a single ruffle stitched across. I understand that I'm probably in the minority asking for completely feather free bedding. This is just the first time I haven't gotten what I would consider a 'real' pillow. The pillows took some getting used to and ended up being fine overall and the quilt was fine as well, just an odd choice in my opinion.

I arrived to the hotel later in the evening but the parking lot had plenty of space, and the staff was extremely attentive and checked me in. Based on the photos I saw of the hotel when booking, I had my expectations and knew that it is an older hotel. If you want a newer-style accommodation, book somewhere else.

The room was quite spacious. We could see the tea farm from our balcony. It does feel slightly outdated but its very clean. Bed are comfortable and clean too. There's lots of parking down the hotel. You would probably need to drop your luggage at the hotel entrance first before parking.

Honestly, other than some weird random guy taking video of us driving away from the Hotel parking, our overall experience are good with the hotel.

I was only staying there for one night when typhoon was approaching Jeju, despite the heavy rain and strong wind outside, I almost couldn't hear any noise, I had perfect sleep there and I felt very safe. The hotel is well-managed as well, staffs were friendly and they can speak English well, which is definitely a bonus for travelers who don't know Korean at all. I regretted not staying there for longer. Tea museum and Aero museum are just around the corner, and many golf courses nearby. One more thing, the table lamp didn't work, but

There was a fly in my room unfortunately; the lighting was slightly too dimmed.

No slow closing door mechanism. Rug on floor could be trip hazard. Unknown smell at balcony.

I appreciate the room space and cleanliness. Somehow, wallpaper along the corridor is quite old and look like it's under renovation. I book the room for three persons but coffee cups were provided for only 2. Other else is fine for me.

Hotel restaurant doesn't serve dinner. For non-locals, we had trouble finding dining spots (as we already had black pork and the recommendation provided was for black pork). Perhaps we should have went to shinhwa theme park for dining.

The property is beautiful. And the views were amazing. I’m glad that they have a CU in the lobby. It does not have a lot around in ways of food for dinner.

The staff was friendly and let us leave our backpacks by the reception since we came before check-in time. The room is spacious and has balcony. Great if you want to visit the aerospace museum and Osulloc green tea museum.

My boyfriend almost got electrocuted by the electric kettle and even though there were cups and tea bags we couldnt make it because we were too scared to touch the kettle again haha.
