It was convenient to get around. Included entrance each day to the water park and pool. Clean and nice

It was a bit expensive. Quite small. The chairs weren't so comfortable. You had to make an appointment and pay for kids activities which wasn't explained to us. We could only use the Waterpark and pool once a day and if you left the time was finished.

We went to an amusement park, water park, restaurant, shopping centre and movie theatre all in one day and all without leaving the property. So convenient with young kids.

It’s a huge property so it is not easy to leave the property without a rental car or taxi. Not walkable or easy to access public transit.

The flooring was superbly clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is directly connect with restaurants and other entertainment facilities.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a few issues that dampened my experience. One of the major inconveniences was the lack of privacy due to the hotel's layout. It was surprisingly easy to overhear conversations from passersby, which created a sense of unease. While I appreciate the staff's diligent work under pressure, the hotel could definitely benefit from additional resources or streamlined procedures to manage the front desk, particularly during peak times.

Room was clean; free parking; connected to shops.

Not enough pillows! Pillows were too soft and we were told that they were out of pillows when we asked for 3 extra pillows (1 for each of us). They could provide only 1 extra pillow the following night and another 1 extra the night after.

The pool was the highlight. Staff were courteous and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and plentiful. Western standards like baon and eggs were side by side with udon and hot pot ramen.

Although there were plenty of signs, routes to places were hidden or hard to find. The maps were adequate at best.

Omg! This place is a city if I would have known how awesome it was I would have booked it for longer! It is so fun

Its far away from the other places the nearest market is 40 minutes drive. Another thing, the parks timing’s doesn’t make sense specially the booking part. Also, there not much of activity to do after 8 pm not even bikes to go around the resort.

Location was a bit far but there are basically everything at the resort so it was not a problem. Looking forward to visiting again if we are going to Jeju again in the future.

It would be better if a coin laundry was available coz it would be great if we could get the washing done after a day at the water park.

Friendly and helpful staff. Many shops, theme park, water park in the resort. plenty of things to enjoy. Location was great as well. Completely comfortable and relaxing stay without any disturbance. Enough space for parking. I will definitely go again. There is nothing to complain about.

House keeping. I feel that training would help. Some things such as lamp and shower head didn’t work properly.
