It’s the perfect location for our itinerary. It has a good view of the mountain in the front and the sea at the back. The cleaning lady was prompt, consistent and gives water in the room.

The reception staff wasn’t very friendly. The staff at breakfast was very transactional. Our room smelled weird (bad weird). It smelled like a combination of cherry blossoms and bad oral hygiene.

Clean and spacious room. Great view and location. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast included (even better for environment).

It was close enough to the airport and had a sea view which was nice.

A bit loud at night. Children from other rooms were screaming while playing and we could hear it all too much. Also, the terrace was a bit dirty and the furniture was rusty, maybe it’s time to exchange it.

I loved the view from the room.

Breakfast was a disaster

There was 7-11 in the hotel. The room was big.

Staff doesn't know English & rude. Dirty rooms (they didn't clean them), uncomfortable pillows, and the smallest towels, the side of a head towel (for your body). They lied about having a view, rooms weren't together (we got 2 rooms), no parking space. smelly elevator, It wasn't a good value for the money. We didn't get basic things right, they gave us used toothpaste. And there was no one to talk to.

It was nice being within easy walking distance of the beach and can see the sun set; nice restaurant and grocery very close as well. The hotel service was good: cleaning, replacing towels, I liked the bed (my friend thought it was a bit hard). Window is soundproofed so you don't hear traffic.

The lights flickered on and off while we were sleeping the first night, waking us up. We adjusted the key card and it was fine the rest of the night. Our second night, the lights flickered on 4 separate occasions throughout the night. I couldn't get a proper sleep and was exhausted in the morning. When we talked to the front desk staff in the morning, he explained somewhat bruskly why it probably occurred and that we can try sticking a paper behind the card (yes, it worked). *The staff didn't apologize at all.* Additionally, the room's phone was just for show. I learned upon attempt that it wasn't just not plugged in, it couldn't be plugged in. The toilet is very loud, so hopefully your partner isn't a light sleeper. Location is next to main road, which is noisy. Window soundproofing is actually a window-mirror blocking outside view so if you don't want it to be pitch black in the morning you need to listen to cars and sometimes a dog barking (I don't like to wake up thinking it's 3am because the room is pitch black, when it's actually 8am). I picked this hotel because it seemed to have the best reviews out of the cheapest options where we wanted to stay, now I feel so sorry to my friend who trusted my choice.
