Everything. A perfect stay from start to finish — Shilla Stay Plus was everything we hoped for and more. I stayed here with my boyfriend, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness, respect, and genuine warmth. The staff didn’t just greet us — they made us feel welcomed. No awkwardness, no judgment, just real hospitality that made us both instantly comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and cozy in a way that made us want to stay in and just enjoy each other’s company. But the best part? The swimming pool. Staff were really really kind and responsive. A lot of smiling and polite actions for the guests. The breakfast was 'ok' not sure its worth the price but definitely a handy for a lazy morning - could do with a few more fruits/food options. But apart from that the swimming pool is great

There's no where to hang any swim wear in the toilet which we found really difficult with drying kids swimwear over night

Very accessible, it's new, well furnished and gym & swimming pool facilities are complete. I love the ocean view and I could do my leisure run along the coast in the morning. There is complimentary American at the hotel's Cafe - Waveless and the Cafe overlooked the ocean and also offered some beautiful cakes.

We loved staying at Shilla plus. The pools were heated and large, which was a plus point. Also Oh Soovin at the front desk was amazing. He gave great service and helped us out a lot.

On the beach spacious room

The staff weren’t friendly at all and language is a problem the cant speak almost mo english and as a tourist its very hard to communicate. Food was no variety at the restaurant and cafe we just wanted french fries and was given chicken and fries

New and spacious hotel, swimming pool and sauna which is located next to the pool, where you can warm up and not to lose the view of the coast. Cafe with excellent pastries and coffee, with a view of the ocean. 30 minutes from the airport. Good restaurant and breakfast.

The room was beautiful!! And the ocean view was breathtaking! The pools were fantastic and the food was banging!!! It was sooooo close to the airport too!!!!

It would have been nice to get a cute little gift or something for my birthday haha

Very good facilities. The lady who served us at the desk for checking in 16/06/25 around 12pm was very kind and good at her job. She also went out of her way to help us when we had a problem with a food delivery.

Finding parking can be a hassle when we return to the hotel late. We had to use the automated parking system which can be really slow
