Rooms are very spacious. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room clean and well-stocked. The bed was too comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. My daughter enjoyed the gym and spa though it is chargeable. I had mistakenly double booked one room and they were kind enough to process the refund.

Most of the staff could only speak basic English. This makes it challenging to ask questions like restaurants in the vicinity as they were unable to give guidance. Front desk was cordial but it felt impersonal at times. I had booked the rooms with breakfast but we were told otherwise. This could be an issue at Booking.com

Wow! This hotel is located in New Seogwipo area. That area has different vibe like you're in seaside area. Room was clean and spacious. This hotel has a gym, an indoor swimming pool and sauna! It blew my mind! I didn't have to find a Jjimjilbang to go to. It has everything that I need. Gym was also well-equipped. Parking was a breeze too! They have valet parking where they took your car to an underground parking spot. Super convenient. Good for someone who's nervous about getting into narrow parking space. A lot of great restaurants nearby. EMart was close by also. Super convenient to go anywhere in Jeju Island. No doubt I'll stay there again next time when I go to Jeju.

Valet don't speak English. You may want to grab the clerk at the front desk to help you at times.

The location was great, it was quieter than other areas which suited us especially with our hire car and lack of familiarity with driving in the busier areas. The hotel smelt beautiful and was a very clean and pleasant place to stay not to mention good value for money.

Free access to the pool, more pillows on the bed and a better explanation of how to use the parking facilities. We parked in a vacant lot as advised. We realised after we could have used the parking facilities easily.

The room was huge and came with a balcony. The beds were so comfortable I had difficulty getting out of them every morning :P toilet was big, good water pressure !!! The television had Netflix, big plus when u supper and movie at night after a long day. The staff in particular even though they couldn’t speak proper English, were really really friendly and tried her best to assist me (I was 7 months pregnant).

The outside of the hotel made me regret booking the hotel UNTIL I got to my room which was superb. The lobby area was pretty run down and the toilets at the lobby were horribly stinky that I gagged.

This hotel was a very good value for money as we paid the least during our Korea trip per night. That's why I mark this hotel for 8 out of 10. Generally, rooms were quite well-maintained but i.e. Balconies should be cleaner. What I have loved the most in this hotel was breakfast. There was huge variety of mouthwatering dishes! I really appreciated staff at the reception - she was very helpful and so kind person!

Unfortunately, the parking lot in the hotel wasn't available for bigger cars. Nonetheless, the hotel took care about that and prepared map with a few car parks which were free of charge. < 3

The room is quite big, the beds are comfortable. We had a great view on the city and sea (cost a little extra). The breakfast was extra but it was really big, a lot of choice of food and it was delicious.

The furniture is a bit old and very used. Maybe needs little refreshment. Swimming pool was not for free, it was not mentioned on the description so we were a little disappointed, as it was one of the points to choose this hotel.

The room had 2 asian double beds which slept 1A1C on each bed comfortably. We booked 1 room for 2A2C and it was such good value. Loved the 7-11 right at the hotel lobby, and ice, water machine at our level's lift lobby. The shampoo and conditioner provided was also excellent, and made my hair so smooth and soft. Love the location with many f&b options at stone's throw, and the big eMart 10mins walk for all the foodstuff we needed to bring back.

Although we booked for 2A2C, they had to charge extra 10,000 for each child, but only gave us 2 large bath towels and 4 pillows. We asked the hotel for 2 more towels and pillows, which they happily provided, so it wasn't an issue. The parking was free along the perimeters of the hotel. Sometimes if we came back later (after dinner hours) it's hard to get a parking lot. The aircon also didn't seem to work. Whilst it was not cold during the night, it got abit stuffy in the day when the sun heats up the rooms.

The location is great: there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket nearby. Close to the ocean and multiple bus stops. The area is quiet and nice. The hotel itself is very clean. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The swimming pool and the sauna are not to be missed.

Nothing to complain about.

The room is large, had a balcony and had everything required for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were sufficient. They also had a drinking water dispenser on the floor.

The reception staff didn't understand English and wasn't really ready to help. Also, I don't see the point of staying in Seogwipo as it's not well connected to the rest of the island. I would recommend staying in Jeju City itself for better connectivity.

Our room has a view to World Cup Stadium! Comfortable for my family. Our party is 2 adults and two children, with 10 and 15 yo. Staffs helps us a lot, including the one's in the parking lot. We left hotel very early in the morning and they organized everything, including letting our car ready for our check out. So good to arrive in the hotel at noon and find tangerines available in the lobby! We love it! Hotel does not have laundry facilities, but there is a very good one near hotel - 5 min walking. Also, there is a 7-Eleven almost inside the lobby =)

Location can be an issue if you want to visit the other part of the island. For us, it was OK as we rent a car for the days we stayed in Jeju.
