Room was a Little stuffy

Wonderful front desk staff and location. Great Japanese restaurant

Greets breakfast is not good value, and there is not much in the way of fresh or strewed fruit, muesli or natural yoghurt for European tastes. Being close to the National Assembly, there is noise from protester loudspeakers nearly every day from about 8am. No problem for business travellers, but if on holiday and wanting to sleep late I recommend to ask for a quieter location at the opposite side.

The suite was well equiped, the devices available were of good quality an daily cleaning helped a lot. The kitchen was complete and the bed was comfortable to sleep, big room and everything in the room worked as expected.

The door of the room and elevator give you a small electric shock all the time, quite annoying. I asked for a taxi when leaving the hotel but never arrived, I had to look for one on my own, the staff could have been more helpful with it.

Nice neighbourhood and nice location. Very easy to get there by direct bus from airport. Staff were very friendly and kind, room spacious, clean and very quiet. Bed extremely comfortable! I tried also the breakfast (buffet) and there were plenty of options, food quality very good!

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

This was my second stay at the hotel after a brief checkout period to visit elsewhere. I chose to return to this hotel as I enjoyed its amenities, location, quietness during my first stay. Special mention to check in staff member Sandy who enabled us to check in earlier this second time.. In an earlier review I mentioned about the design of the room that there is a sink in the corridor area within the same enclosure with the bedroom. This room I stayed in was the same design. Now this is not a negative. It's just the design of the room, just that those who wish to shave in the sink area would have to contend with essentially shaving in the bedroom area.This is not a negative for me as I was able to work around this. Breakfast options were reasonable as well. Hotel located close to subway station and also there's an ATM in the hoteI, handy for those needing cash. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay in it again.

Close to the station and quiet area, good for a family with a toddler. The tv had all the entertainment such as YouTube, Netflix etc which kept the little one entertained. Staff were kind and quick. They provided for all our needs during our stay (e.g., an iron and board).

There was no self service laundry which was a huge minus for us. There was also no microwave. The walls are a bit thin, and you can hear the neighbors closing and opening doors. The temperature room was a mixed bag as you couldn't control the ac. There is a window and that helped with the heat during the night.

The location was further away from the city centre, taking 20-30mins to go to area like Myeongdong. But given it’s the season for cherry blossom, made Yeouido a perfect location. The area is quiet at night, but with quite a number of restaurants nearby for meals. The popular Hyundai Seoul mall is within 20-25min walkable distance, via a peaceful park. The room is very spacious, and the bed is huge and comfortable. Facilities look new and staff are friendly.

The air conditioning in the room seems I adjustable, not sure if it’s just my room though.

Nice Hotel, really comfortable and big rooms. Everything was nice. Would go there again. Really clean.

The vending Maschine in the lobby didn't take my credit card so i couldn't buy anything there and had to go to the convenience store to get toothbrushes cause the hotel doesn't provide them. The vending Maschine has some but like i said my credit cards wouldn't be accepted no matter what i tried.

Not far from central Seoul

Not much to dislike about this since it is more of a design issue of the room we were in and could be the same for all rooms but here I'm writing only about my room. The sink itself is located inside the main bedroom area along a corridor. It is not located in a closed area within the bathroom space, like one would normally find. For those who normally shave over the sink area, they will be doing so essentially within the main bedroom area.

Very friendly staff, eager to help and make your stay as relaxing as possible. The room was very clean and tidy, including a charging cable for USB devices and safety equipment, such as emergency flashlight, fire extinguisher and a certain type of safety rope, that would enable the guest to be extracted out of the window, if needed. I really enjoyed my stay and was able to truly relax, after a long day of going around in Seoul! Would book again!
