Amazing location, modern bathroom and kitchen with fridge washing machine Beautiful suite, comfy bed and pillows, balcony with great views, on site free parking very convenient

Despite a full kitchen in the room there were no pans, bowls or utensils. Receptions did not have them available. I had to buy a bag of 10 chopsticks from the poorly stocked on site 7-11 to eat my instant noodle bowl. No chairs on the balcony. Roof top pool under going maintenance, on site cafe and restaurants closed (maybe cos out of season) but I should have been told this when booking.

3 of us stayed in this hotel for a night. The beds were comfy, the room had a table for us having dinner, enough storage for 3 people, the bathroom was also very nice. Its a great place to stay as it is well located, not far from Sokcho beach, and about 15 min drive away from Seoraksan. Theres a convenience store on the ground floor, part of the hotel, which is very practical for late night cheap snacks and drinks. A great place to stay overnight, ideal for a couple, a small family or a group of friends.

One thing I found "surprising" was large letters on the hotel facade mentioning about their infinity pool being open, but when I checked, it turns out the pool is only open a couple of months in the year in summer. No problems about this (as I did not go there for the pool), but why then keep the advertisement all over the place, including on the hotel front wall ?

+ the hotel is located near the sokcho beach and only around 15 minutes by car within the places we want to visit. the room has washing machines and basin. look like apartments hotel. in our random room we got 2 bedroom which is very suitable for us with 2 young children. the hotel also has seven eleven in the L floor and some restaurant but when we came all close. - the only lacking is the microwave only on the L floor near the receptionist desk and because we came in early spring the 29th floor still close

Very spacious and clean rooms, comfy bed, a lot of space to unpack your luggage. The staff at the 24/7 reception all very helpful, responsive, kind and professional, even in the middle of the night. We took a room with the ocean view for 4 nights and it was just perfect. The kitchen and the washing machine are a plus, although there is no rack to dry the clothes after washing. The fridge is quiet (which is not always the case in hotels). The bathroom is small but very pleasant and clean. The location is convenient, walking distance from the beach and the express bus terminal, and you can take direct buses to Naksan Temple and Soraksan from a bus stop just in front of the hotel. All in all a great experience!

We read in many reviews that the waiting time for the elevators is very long. Indeed, the elevators are quite crowded during rush ours and stop at too many floors on the way but it is not as bad as some reviews seem to imply. The problem seems to be caused mostly by people pushing buttons calling all elevators at once and not unclicking them later, so that elevators stop unnecessarily at empty floors. The hotel even put up signs explaining that you should unclick the button if you no longer need the other elevators. To us, the elevators were not really a problem, compared to all the advantages of this hotel.

Very clean and the staff are friendly! The view of the rooftop pool was so beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay! We walked to a cafe (exit the hotel, walk to the right, take the first right and the first cafe on the left) it was a Melbourne themed cafe which we had breakfast at as the hotel doesn’t do breakfast. Hopefully they bring breakfast back

Laundry powder isn’t provided so the washing machine in the room is a bit of a waste

The room was great and we got an awesome view of the sea and the sunrise. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the friendly staff. Besides the needed amenities given, there is also a convenience store in the same building, making it very easy to get what was needed. It was also only a 10/15 minute walk to a very nice beach.

Additional items, like a hat for the pool, as well as the sun loungers were quite expensive.

Location was convenient and they had on-site free parking. The room had a washing machine too which was super handy along with a 7 eleven on the ground level for any late night snacks. It had a gym too which was a bonus even though it was basic.

There was no washing detergent which meant we had to get a huge bottle from the 7 eleven. Would make sense to have 1 wash sachets at the front desk (even if we had to purchase it)

The location is very good. Close to beach and basic stores. We could wash our clothes, but we needed to ask for detergent and a dry-rack.

It looks like it was a great hotel in the past now the pool belongs to an external company, the roof coffee and the breakfast coffee area are closed. In the kitchen, there is absolutely nothing. There is not even a spoon for the powder coffee they offer.

Nice large room, fantastic view, location to the beach and bus terminal, on-site bakery cafe and convenience store. Nice new apartment size refrigerator and freezer in the room, dining table with two chairs, nice bathroom with rain showerhead, and high tech toilet

The kitchen cook top in the room is useless as it doesn't work and there is nothing to cook with anyway (utensils, pots, pans). There's a working washer in the room as well but no clothes drying rack, so using the washer doesn't make sense. The new lounge on the 28th floor is nice and has a stunning view but the food is expensive. The rooftop pool is closed but maybe because of covid? There was no explanation for the closure

Room was okay and clean, everything worked as expected. We had room with with balcony and sea view. Hotel is close to express bus terminal. Convenience store available in the building. Few minutes walk to really beautiful beach.

In other comments I saw complaints about long waiting time for elevators. It's true, we had to wait, but this is 28-floor building so it was no surprise.
