The appartment is well furnished and you even got a washing machine and a drying closet. The AC is running well and the bed is comfy. Parking is possible next door in the vertical garage.

There was no personnel at all. We came and there was a note - only in Korean - to call someone, which we could not as we only got a data sim when traveling through korea. Without the help of a nice woman who is living in the building and did somewhat like a check in with us we would not have been able to check in. Nobody from the hotel/accomondation ever came and nobody ever contacted us, if everything is fine. If we would have had any issue we would have been on our own. This treatment of international customers is inacceptable.

The room was what in other hotels would have been called a suite. There was a sitting area & a kitchen area with a sink, microwave, washing machine. On my second day, I got soaked on a walk in the national park, it was then I discovered there was even a gadget that dries your clothes while they hang inside.

Two free bottles were provided per day. Could have done with more taking into account water for kettle - although depends where you stand on drinking tap water in South Korea.

There’s washing machine and dryer available. Front desk people are helpful and patient. Location is also convenient, near bus stop which has direct bus to Seoraksan, walking distance to Sokcho beach and eateries.

Cleaning is not done daily, so you have to clear your own trash some days. But is fine as the main trash bins are at the basement level so is ok

Great location, well equipped, and spacious apartment. Unrivaled price value ratio. 10 minutes walk from Express Bus Terminal (to/from Seoul) and E-Mart (real supermarkt, not the 24-version). Direct connection to Intercity Bus Terminal with Bus Line 1 opposite side of the street.

No chance to communicate with anyone in any language except korean. With Apps or with hands and feet, it was ok.... but don't expect any advice. You have to collect organic waste in special bags you (normally) get at the front desk, but you have to ask for it (in Korean, IF you know you have to...) 😇

Loved our corner apartment. Compact but so very well appointed and the washing machine was a fabulous bonus. BYO washing powder/liquid tho. Appreciated the good quality linen and comfortable pillow. Well located with everything we wanted to see either within walking distance or via bus accessed close to the complex.

Not quite sure about the towel situation - the listing says you can pay extra for towels but they just gave us hand-towels to use as bath towels, which was just OK. Hard to communicate with the staff.

The hotel is more like a service apartment ànd equip with a small kitchen, washer and a high tech dryer. Room comes with heated floor so it is very comfortable during winter. We stayed for 3 nights and love the washing machine and dryer after full day of outing. Hotel is about 300 meters from the express bus terminal and 400 meters from Sokcho beach. Do note hotel staff can't speak English and they rely on translation tool to get the message across, so there are hits and misses, but attitude is ok. Overall, we like our stay there and will recommend this hotel to those using SokCho as a base for Seoraksan or nearby attractions.

I would just say they do not have softener for the washing machine in their vending machine (if you're only planning to use it once or twice during your stay in Korea buying a big one has no meaning), otherwise IT WAS SPOTLESS!!

Great location only few steps from the express bus terminal and beach with beutifull view. You can see the mountains, lake and sea. Apartment is really beautifull and spacious.

they should pay more attention to cleaning, there were cobwebs in the corners, the dishes were dirty..

The reception counter was vacant quite often (or maybe i was just unlucky). It is difficult to seek assistance and check in without a korean number to contact the staff.

Great location--close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough not to be plagued with noise.

The only thing I didn't like, and this is minor, was the towel size. One big towel would have been nice. Maybe they had a problem in the past with people bringing those to the beach?
