We had a beautiful room with a fantastic view. The staff at the coffee cafe/station was excellent - super efficient and really nice.

The service at the restaurant was horrible (although they had a large number of staff members). I had a clear view of staff, and I saw many members set up and re-set up the same tables, but not come over and take our order. It was not busy at all but it took a very long time for the staff to actually take our order. It took even longer to just receive our beverages (water and wine) - and they needed 2 staff members to figure out how to open a wine bottle. We had to ask for utensils twice. The table next to us had to keep waving their table light to get the staff's attention. Incredibly expensive.

Beautiful views beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and always helpful even though we had a language barrier at times.

Not enough plugs near the beds. Safe wasn’t working. Staff was always super friendly, but we had some communication issues — only a few people had very good English skills. Made things a little tough for needing concierge services but they were so nice we are making the comment now for hope that they will make an emphasis to help retain and train the front facing staff. We hope to be back soon!

Great location and a beautiful view from my room. I was staying on level 21, and my room had three different perspectives: the ocean, Odong do, and the city. It was raining, but I loved my comfy bed. All the great restaurants were within close distance, and the taxi was always there. All staff were friendly and welcome. I chose a Middle Eastern-style room out of three; I would love to try other rooms next time.

Rooms were spacious and good facilities, Breakfast buffet is quite good nice quality of food, View was excellent with ocean views and close by to Ulodong Island. Walking distance actually. Good distance from city center as well so would recommend.

Temperature in room 26 degrees celcius during winter! Airco was not working because of winter according to reception. Only way to get temperature lower was via small room to open. For EU citizens normally temperature sleeping room is max. 20 degrees!

The location was good and the view from the room was very pretty. The Korean style ondol room was also very nice.

It wasn't easy to control the temperature in the room, so it was hot even though it was winter. I thought maybe it was broken.

very friendly, attentive English speaking staff; nice and modern building and infrastructure; clean and comfortable rooms; parking space; stunning view on the sea and Odong island; abundant and high-quality dinner and breakfast buffet which costs extra; very well equipped wellness and fitness area which costs extra (I payed 17K KRW with the room category we booked); we would love to comeback to Sono Calm for our next visit in Yeosu!

Vegetarian: breakfast buffet was great, Dinner buffet less so for veg. so I would have preferred a la carte option. Lovely staff and food was good

The rooms are clean and they have nice bathtubs and comfortable beds. Nice view.

Everything costs money and it was even 5-star hotel! For example, you also need to pay if you want to use their gym. And competition for assigning room systems is ridiculous service as a 5-star hotel.(check-in)

Excellent and beautiful hotel. Near to all the great sights and amenities. Excellent hotel staff and very helpful. We left some items behind and they kindly arranged to send them to our next destination. Very grateful and we will be back.
