We had a very good stay. Everything was nice, and we were especially glad to have A/C, as it would have been quite warm in the apartment without it. The accommodation was beautiful and very well equipped. We even had a washing machine thanks to an upgrade, which was really convenient. The location depends on which zone you get. We were in Zone 5, which is about a 15–20 minute walk to the beach, but right next to the pool and reception. There is also a supermarket and bakery about 10 minutes away on foot.

Near all facilities, good support from reception, beautiful gardens and location very peaceful when we went, short walk to pool and beach, easy parking and private appartments with balconies back and front. Fresh decor and bedding. Conveniet to drive anywhere on island - not far to anything and easy roads!

The appartment was basic, the kitchenette and bathroom were adequate but really needed refreshing but the price reflected this which we understood.

We were placed on the ground floor with no sea view despite of available rooms upstairs with sea view, where they had clients for just couple of days from our 10 day stay. No flexibility towards later departure despite end of season and availability of free rooms. Location: 1.5 km to the beach. The entrance to the beach is only one and in the end of the road. We like to hike so it was no problem for us.

We have been coming to Son Bou gardens for years and absolutely love the location and the apartments here! Gorgeous apartment as we were allocated the one we requested which we have stayed in for a few years, and this apartment is always really clean, bright and airy! It has a lovely kitchen/ lounge area and two balconies with seating. Bakery just round the corner that serves the most delicious breakfast and lunch treats, gift shop and supermarket also very close! Two lovely pool areas with bars attached. It always feels like a home from home, and I feel safe here travelling with my young daughter. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again, we visit in early May so not everything is in fully swing for the season, but we love seeing the locals get ready for the season and the beach is beautiful at this time of year

The original apartment we were allocated wasn’t the same standard as the one we requested but the staff managed to accommodate us and move us to the one we had requested upon booking

I was extremely glad that some one called me back when I arrived at the Son Bou Gardens reception office. The reception office was closed at the time. I do not remember the ladies name, but she was very nice and came quickly. She provided me with the keys and gave me a tour of the apartment. I arrived in the off season, so I expected minor problems. I would recommend Son Bou Gardens to other visitors. My advice for over seas visitors, call or send an email before you get there to confirm your reservation to make your arrival more smooth.

I was an American visitor. My biggest problem was dealing with my cell phone working in Spain. By changing my SIM card to a Spain cell phone provider, I lost all contact with my American email and phone number. It made it very difficult to make contact with property personal with the new Spain phone number. Suggest someone be at the reception desk the day visitors are do in with reservations.

Two bedrooms which suited my daughter and myself perfectly. Nice apartment comfortable.

No essentials provided which would have helped. Buying seasonings, washing up liquid while away for a week was a drag Further from town and beach than expected as no idea where allocated until check in. As an oldie I didn’t want to walk to and fro twice a day as it was challenging

We’ve stayed in one of the apartments in Son Bou about 6 times now. We love the peaceful environment, the gardens and the proximity to the wildlife area and other walks which allows us to bird spot -even if we don’t always have a car. This time my daughter and two grandchildren came-they loved the beach, rock pools and snorkelling. They loved hunting for tortoises in the Albufera-and although we didn’t spot any on our visit we did find lots of piglets with their mothers, cattle, and horses and a donkey which were happy to be petted. Our apartment was modern and we had a washing machine too which was a plus with kids!

Nothing. However just a small maintenance issue-the shutters on two windows need attention as they are difficult to close-they bind at the bottom as they’ve dropped. As you don’t have curtains it’s important that they are able to be closed for privacy and for sleeping.

Great location and value for money at the price paid.

They have a WhatsApp service for any issues which you do receive a reply too but no follow up seems to happen with the issue. First world problems in the scheme of things as it's a great location and a good resort, visit the bakery on the complex for great coffee at fantastic prices when you are used to the UK coffee shops.

We had a pleasant stay at San Bou Garden. The staff was wonderful, always ready to help with recommendations, arranging taxis, and promptly replacing a broken kettle. The accommodation was comfortable, and the off-season atmosphere kept things peaceful, despite the thin walls. Overall, a nice experience.

So pretty and an excellent location. Peaceful and quiet with lots of birds and butterflies and flowers and trees. Just loved it

Couldn’t lock my outside gate and didn’t really sit in the front as it was too hot - air con in the bedroom only
