Excellent seaside location, beautiful roof top bar and balcony area, lovely enclosed swimming pool area. large room with balcony and stunning views.

Long waits at front desk, long periods with only one staff member handling front desk and phone calls. We waited 10 minutes to get a towel for the pool area.

The hotel is in a great location, with all kinds of facilities close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was spot on. Breakfast was excellent too, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. One of the highlights for me was the bike room, fully equipped with tools for maintenance and even a washing station. Absolutely perfect for cycling enthusiasts. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops, making this hotel a great choice for everyone.

Our first room had a balcony and a nice view of the sea. We arrived to a bottle of champagne and some treats in the room with a welcome message from the manager. After our first night we changed rooms to the other side of the hotel because of a dripping sound in the first room. The second room was lovely also. Both the buffet style dinner and breakfast were excellent. So many choices and the food was fresh and well prepared. The staff in the dining room were so kind and welcoming.

The wi-fi needs upgrading. It was difficult to get a signal in both rooms we occupied.

Splendid place to spend entire holidays - the more days the more appreciation is growing toward the hotel and the full board option. We discovered in the reviews of the hotel that it is worth it and we can confirm - it made our stay special and very pleasant! If you choose the hotel, do not hesitate, unless your plans include roaming around, go for full board. The food is good and sometimes great, a lot of options to choose, each time there is a fresh grill with meat and fish. The atmosphere and the service excellent giving the feeling to be cared and in the right place. The hotel has only a pool, which is quite pleasant. On the beach is worthy to have your own equipment as you can place wherever possible. Quite convinient sunbeds are available on the beach for hire for 6e a full day. Rooms are spacious and nice, most of them with the fair see view. Probably better side to be in is the western side - less buildings in the way and nicer view. Very friendly staff! If we are around we will surly comeback.

The room are spacious however no family option for four which obliges to take two rooms.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the beach was across the street, and we had an ocean view which was beautiful.

The air conditioning didn’t work well.

This beachside Hotel is fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Victor was exceptionally helpful and dilligent. Buffet breakfast is faultless (just avoid the busy times) and the evening meal buffet was again exceptional with a good variety of salads, mains and desserts. Rooms were spotless, spacious and with great air-conditioning.

At peak times in the morning, the lifts can be exceptionally slow. I think I waited 3 minutes on one occasion for one of 3 lifts to arrive. It's a long walk up the stairs when you're on the 6th floor. The flow in the Restaurant could be improved. Some of the tables could be placed on an angle to make more walking space when busy.

Holiday hotel on the sea promenade, directly in front of the sea and beach with beautiful sea view. Service in the restaurant one of the best I ever experince - chef de rang (head waiter) Antonio was excellent and all the staff conducted by him provide super service. Excellent food - buffet dinner and breakfast with big variety and especially dinner different every day. Heated swimming pool with warm salted water compensate impossibility to swim in the sea during pre-season period.

Swimming pool could be open earlier - possible to swim before breakfast and cleaning in the bathroom could be a little bit more better - residue of the mould around the bath are not very nice.

We did booked a sea view room and it lived up to our expectation . The view was great over the bay right at the sea front and rooms are very clean. Although staff was extremely friendly and the hotel had a charming Spanish feel. Also the entertaining program was fun and at the roof bar and the view was amazing. We had a very good time .

There was some let down on breakfast , located in basement which comes with a bunker feeling . Really shame as the hotel have a large lovely bar on ground level with sea view and outdoor seating area ?! There was plenty of choice at the breakfast but we did not liked the coffee or some of the food , but this is just us. However we decided to have breakfast elsewhere on the promenade. Also the bathroom are tired and need updating.

This is a lovely hotel with good facilities and location. The reception staff are excellent especially Althea who upgraded our room and was particularly helpful in providing information about the surrounding area. The room was a nice size with a small seating area and the balcony while small was comfortable to use. Champagne and macroons on the table when we walked in was a nice surpirse. Food in the restaurant was good and varied. Entertainment in the evening was also a pleasant and enjoyable surpirse.

The TV is tiny and of poor quality. This would not normally be a problem but the night we stayed we had had a long drive and the wind and rain were blowing so hard we couldnt go out so it would have been nice to have a better quality TV to relax with.

Room was lovely. I did want a room with twin beds but the see view room we had was with a big double bed. which was ok as I was sharing with my daughter. Breakfast was amazing, plus free glass of prosecco :-) Dinner meals varied everyday and an absolutely great selection. My daughter has a nut allergy and the chef walked her round the meals and showed her which ones she could eat. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The view from the room was awesome.

I think the hand and shower gel could have been nicer and a better brand. Unfortunately the week we went was a bit windy, but we still had a great time.
