Large clean room, very smooth check in process.

Shower has excellent water pressure but is quite cramped, would not recommend for a large person. No noise coming from inside the hotel, any other guests were very quiet, but there was noise from outside in the street quite late, both people socialising and cars driving over a bump in the road. Great location within the town, but the town itself is located at the top of a huge hill, which I hadn't realised from Google maps. Building and rooms have electronic locks with a pincode, no keys required. Convenient but would have liked another way to double lock the room from inside.

A small and friendly hotel with the most comfortable beds. Lift access to all floors, easy check in, coffee maker in room, complimentary toiletries, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning, spotlessly clean rooms and communal areas. Small cafe bar open from afternoon to late evening. For the low price we paid, we had such a good stay - we will definitely be coming back.

A few more nights would have made it even better

I had the top floor room and it had a balcony/terrace. It was nice and clean and a 20 min walk from the train station. Only a 2 min walk to the bus stop, next to the tourist information. I took the bus to El Chorro from there.

Nothing and for people who read about the cafe on Google, there is one next to the hotel. The hotel wasn't staffed while I was there but the check in was easy and was communicated through WhatsApp. Thank you!

This is a lovely small hotel centrally located. As I was slightly out of season (September) there was only one other room booked. I let them know my arrival time and the manager was there ready and waiting - a bonus in Spain! The room (single) was fairly small but well equipped and had amazing views. Very comfortable and very welcoming staff. A bargain price too.

Location was excellent. Liked the addition of a fridge. As I have mobility issues the lift was a godsend.

Rooms and bathroom require updating. Bathroom mirror was very tarnished, shower was good except the floor tiles came adrift when showering. Wall lights were askew (,missing screws) No outside space. . Did ask if a terrace to sit out on was available but was told no. The bar/cafe appeared to be always closed

The hotel is brilliant and close to the high street and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful thanks again

The whole area is really bad with hills and I mean very severe hills and my wife and I are 66 and 67 the parking is a nightmare we both hated it as had to park a long way away but the walk we had to do was a killer and so I'm sorry but will never go there again

Very helpfull en nice staff. Room comfortabel with balcony (top floor) and airco. Hygiene fine. Very low price for this room. Perfect location for Caminito del Rey. End of trail in El chorro in 20 minutes by car. Park there and with bus to Startpoint.

Barthroom fine only showerspace itself needs update. No possibility for breakfast but more than enough possibilities in direct neighbourhood

I was worried about check in time as I arrived late in the evening. I phoned the hotel and told them and it was not a problem. Bed very comfy very friendly staff

I liked the location. There were plenty of stores close by the hotel. The coffee machine and refrigerator were a great addition to the room. Very friendly staff.

Very central to the town and facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and it was next door to an excellent cafe that provided vegetarian food and could speak English (Rubi’s)
