Front desk staff. Friendliness, respect.

The fact that our room smelled cigarette smoke. Upon our arrival, we left room 321 window open and left for the afternoon hoping that when we returned the cigarette smell was gone. Unfortunately, it was not the case and it was late to bother the kind employee. In part our fault. But we also think accountability was breached. Housekeeping (without blaming them please) could have informed the front desk someone apparently broke the rule and smoked inside the room. With due respect.

Very good value for money, clean rooms. There’s a Rossmann supermarket in the building, I didn’t know they exist in Spain :)

The cheapest room is a bit small (but still pretty comfortable). My friends stayed in a bigger room which was just a little bit more expensive. The area where the hotel is isn’t really touristic. If you want to enjoy town, restaurants and the beach you will have to always take taxi (the driving time is about 7-10 min)

From the minute we arrived, Salva greeted us with a smile and just made us feel at home. The check-in process was straightforward, and he also pointed out that we could help ourselves to free coffee and tea 24/7, which is a bonus! Breakfast wasn't included, but it was very reasonably priced (6.5€), buffet style, continental. I liked the modern feel of the room. It is minimalistic and feels nice and clean. Aircon was also good. Very practical location, close to Roquetas and Aguadulce, and not far from Almería either. Free parking.

Good breakfast, beside the hot drinks provided at the receptions all day long. Nice personal . Big parking (commercial center next to it)

Acces from the parking was a little bit sinuous. - the receptions is at 2nd floor and the entrance is very narrow

Clean, friendly and helpful.What more could you want. Free coffee in reception area and items we left in room were available to collect when we passed by on return from destination, four days later. Can not praise the hotel enough.

Excellent parking? Easy check-in, immaculately clean, room was super with great AC, complementary coffee at reception. Great continental breakfast with good quality fruit etc

The best shower ever, and able to make a proper english tea. Breakfast was excellent. All round a great place to stay for a few nights.

Not many restaurants that near. You need a car or moped for sure.

Set in the middle of a retail park just off the motorway makes it an excellent stop on your travels. The rooms were clean and tidy and the tv a good size. Free hot drinks were always available from the vending machine in the lobby and the reception was apparently 24 hour. The Continental breakfast was from 6 - a real advantage for travelers.

Super comfortable room, bed and bathroom, top clean, dog friendly, lots of free parking space, good eating and shopping outlets all around, good breakfast, nice staff, so happy!

Staff service was very helpful- and they spoke english. A very rare quality in this part of the world. I would book here again.

Fridge didn't work- this, in the middle of summer, really ??!
