Fabulous location close to the beach. Great balcony looking out over the ocean. Staff were lovely and very helpful. A kettle in the room would be good for the English tea lovers however the staff at breakfast were very happy to fill flasks with hot water and bottles with cold. Delicious breakfast - cheese and ham toastie and fresh warm croissants. A great location to stay whilst walking the Portuguese Coastal Camino.

Staff were very friendly, easy to approach and helpful. The lady printed my label for the bag without charging me. Their English was really good and they just looked happy working there which was nice to see. They also recommended a horse riding place for me. Breakfast was standard: ham, cheese, jam and some fruits. Room was good size and clean with air-conditioning. I enjoyed my stay. Beach was close and shop to buy some drinks and sacks was also very close.

Shower wasn't the best as the shower head was leaking.

From the moment of being checked in by welcomeing, enthusiastic receptionist called Bruno, to first seeing the clean comfortable room, to enjoying the great nights sleep and especially the breakfast before resuming walking on the Camino that was just by the hotel. All for a very modest rate

I'd struggle to say anything that I didn't like. For the modest rate paid, I don't think it'd be fair to nit pick, especially when I'm on the type of walk we're on

Everything!! The staff were lovely, they gave us a beautiful room, with a balcony, overlooking the sea. Lent us a beach chair to enjoy the sun for a couple of hours after the Camiño. The hotel is on the Camino route. Lots of choices for breakfast too!

Don’t know if this was because it’s near the end of the season but there were only 2 couples in residence that night(17 Oct)..this place is in need of a renovation…everything appeared old and in need of a thorough refresh! breakfast was very basic, but the worst part was the first dishes we picked up still had food on them…it had been only partly cleaned and drinking glasses were with worn or not clean or incompletely cleaned. besides ham/cheese, breakfast included a large variety of sweets or donuts. there were Kiwis for eating, that was a plus! Overall, rom was comfortable, there was a leak in the skylight in the stairwell while it rained. Bruno was the bright spot, very keen to help in any way he could. the older man and wife duo were also very pleasant and helpful.

Good location close to the beach. Comfortable slightly tired room. But had fridge and small balcony. We could leave the window open at night and it was quiet and we had the best sleep on the Camino. Breakfast average (eggs would’ve been nice) but cheap. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice location, great for the camino. Friendly and welcoming staff. And the breakfast is really good value for money. It has a bathtub if you want to pamper yourselves!

The light on the air conditioner was bright - I needed a sleep mask. There was some traffic noise at times during the night because we were on the ocean side, but it wasn't too bad.

Hiking the El Camino Portuguese. This hotel was great. Right on the trail. Rooms and facilities were very clean. Room price was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. Supermarket close by. Bruno was very helpful when we arrived. Perfect place to spend a night on your pathway to Santiago.

Close to Camino. Breakfast was wonderful. The cold beet sitting out on terrazo when done with Camino. Best were the folks that work there, so wonderful!!
