This hotel was amazing! 15 mins from the airport and about 15 min drive from the main town. The hotel is gorgeous and brand new, literally looks modern and 5* The beach is in front of the property so about a 5 minute walk. The staff were so lovely and friendly and they helped us out a lot as my Spanish was very bad! they were really kind and always willing to help.

nothing, everything was perfect!

We stayed in a junior suite with our 13 month old. There was so much space for her to walk around and gain confidence in her walking ability. The bathtub was huge! The pool wasn't heated but it was oriented to the sun so it wasn't too cold. Even with a side view of the océan, we saw beautiful sunsets! The staff was so friendly and were very helpful when it came to our baby and heating up her food or giving us a clean baby chair.

What I would propose to improve: In the children's playground there are only big kid swing, with all the babies at the hotel, they should add one for them. There is a 10€ surcharge per day for a baby bed, most hotels offer this service for free.

I had an incredible stay at Attica21 Hotel in Vigo! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my comfort during my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and stunning views, but it's the staff that truly makes it shine. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. I can't thank them enough for making my visit to Vigo memorable. Service: lady Who was working at the breakfast buffet approached my children (<5 yo) telling the they werent at a playground. Very rude and inappropiate to approache them, she should have come to us exclusively. And they werent doing loud noices or anything, Just walking and laughing in an área without other clients. Its not an adults only hotel. This experience obscured my experience at the hotel. The other minor thing is that you had to pay extra for using the indoor pool, and could only use it for 1 hour...considering the price, I expected it to be included.

One of the best breakfasts in all the hotels we have stayed in (choice and quality) - and we're not novices! The room service/bar menu also great. Everything about our stay was top notch. A little birthday gift was left in my room which was a really nice touch. This is our second visit at the hotel and it was even better than the first. Excellent value for money, both the room and the spa. Attica21 could easily become our guilty pleasure!

you have to pay 20 euros per day per person to enjoy the indoor pool. I understand the spa circuit but this is the first time someone asked me to pay to use the indoor pool. I was thinking tempted to eat at the restaurant but the menu had no vegetarian options

Everything is new. The aesthetic of the hotel is wonderful, good size pool and nice restaurant

Because they just opened many things in the hotel didn’t work, like aircon, heater in the bathroom, etc

I had to flee from a nearby 5* hotel after receiving terrible service, thankfully to this great place. Starting from the lovely Noelia at the reception who first checked me in to the hotel, every person I've met there was very professional, respectful and clearly there for ensuring a nice stay for the guests, and everyone seemed to work with joy. The restaurant was AMAZING. I felt so pampered during the 2 nights I could stay there! As I usually prefer to stay in historical places during my vacations, I would not have chosen this hotel if I didn't have to. But thankfully I did and for sure if I ever go back to the area, I won't stay elsewhere. Seriously, dear Attica 21, if I managed to keep some good memories from Galicia after all the craze that happened, it's thanks to you! Great management, great team. Thank you very much! <3

Excellent relaxed stay. Finished to a high standard, comfortable bed and furnishings in room. Pool area and public areas very nice. Staff very attentive and willing to go the extra mile to help in anyway they can. We arrived early morning , staff stored our luggage and rang us just two hours later when room was ready.Towels provided for sun-loungers. Never waiting for sun-beds. Didn’t see anybody reserve sun beds and not being there around the pool.

Only minor issues/ suggestions. There was no information booklet explaining the hotel services and opening times etc.would have been nice to have this. Safety deposit box regularly took a while to open. There was no shower /courtesy room to use which we would have liked as we had a late evening flight.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and elegant, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. I particularly enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the pool and gym, which allowed me to relax and stay fit during my stay. Lastly, the hotel's location was also excellent, with easy access to attractions and tourist sites in the city. Overall, my experience at Hotel Attica21 Vigo was unbeatable, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.
