The location is a 15 minute walk from the central port area , and that section is level . It is worth doing some research into the location of the outdoor escalators and moving walkways in the city as it is quite a challenge getting around in the summertime. The hotel itself is modern with one of the best buffet breakfasts we have enjoyed in mainland Europe, lots of choice and of high quality.

The air con didn't work in our room , but the very pleasant and helpful girl on night desk duty ,changed us to a room on the top floor, this was a lovely upgrade and was cooler with a balcony.

We stayed whilst doing the Camino Portuguese on bikes. Bikes could be stored in a service corridor. There's a Mercadona supermarket 2 mins away for anything you need but this area itself is mostly warehouses for the port. If you head uphill from the hotel there's a lift that takes you onto the main level for the city bars, shops & restaurants.

Rooms on the sunny side of the building were roasting hot and the AC didn't seem to dent it. The staff switched us to the other side which was better. Used the fitness centre for stretching - few machines, but could do with some better stretching mats, rollers etc.

Modern and very clean hotel with big rooms. We were lucky to get a side sea view. Giant bed, great shower, very spacious room (301). We got a deal with breakfast and parking included. Breakfast was lovely, the coffee is so good. Location is good, about 15 min walk to old town.

We didn't know both guests needed ID so hadn't brought my husband's. Lesson learned.

the bedroom for three persons is just right not too small not too big.

the aircon is just a bit weird. it indicated 23 deg but the air outside is much cooler than the capacity of the air conditioner unit in the room. anyhow, natural air from outside is much better so every morning of our stay we let the windows to be opened for a while.

Breakfast was excellent, checkout was a breeze, bed was okay. While building was a converted office building, it led to very spacious rooms.

There were no usb ports. There was a glass-window, with a venetian blind which allowed view into the bathroom like a display show area. There were no washcloths in the bathroom for shower usage.

Everything about the hotel, breakfast and staff was fantastic. The room was large and clean and the parking was right below the hotel.

Located in the industrial area opposite to the harbor, far from city center, the view from our room was a shipyard. Restaurants, bars and entertainment were a long walk away. The whole area is very dark and secluded at night.

The hotel is by the water in Vigo but not all the rooms have a waterfront view; to get one is an extra cost. Still did get some small view of the water from our room which was OK. Downside to being near the water was uphill walks to more central parts of Vigo. Neighborhood was much more industrial than expected and restaurants were not very close although you could take advantage of the restaurant at the hotel.

The room was very warm and the bed was huge with nice leaning. Good amenities. Breakfast was really nice too. Very nice view to the big boats on the shore.

Nothing. Sad to see the abandoned building surrounding the hotel but that a recommendation for the government. The city and its people are very nice and felt very safe throughout.

After hiking the Camino it was a welcome splurge (although was affordable so not necessarily 'splurge') but I was tired and the room was big and the bed was comfy - very high end and there was a nice large grocery store in walking distance.

Internet did not work in our bedroom. Hotel next to conference centre but it’s also an unappealing port-industrial area. Sterile conference hotel so no good atmosphere if there’s important to you. But fine for a good night sleep in a good bed.
