Very smart, nice room on 6th floor with water view (we'd asked to be on a high floor), also on side away from the road so it was quiet. Close to waterfront and one of the railway stations. Top floor breakfast room would have a lovely view, but we had to leave early for a train so didn't have breakfast.

We'd have liked to eat a meal there in the evening, man in the bar/cafe said it would be open for food at 8pm, so we went to explore Vigo, returned after 8 only to be told they weren't doing food that evening - so had to go back out to find somewhere to eat.

Location close to the port but only a Short walk to town Centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Cafe staff friendly along with the gentleman who served breakfast. Room was comfy and spacious, , I had requested one double bed but I got 2 good size singles. Shower water lovely and hot, especially after the stormy weather we had. Nice view of the pier, breakfast room on 7th floor with also great views.

I specifically booked this hotel ( and had already cancelled an other booking because it stated A/P transfer) as it states airport shuttle, this they do not offer, they arrange a taxi for you approx €25. This needs to taken off their website. As a single woman traveller, if I can avoid taxis I will. Plus a shuttle is usually a little cheaper, I don’t mind to pay but I like the connivence of a hotel shuttle. No English channels available. No kettle or drink making facilities, however there was bottled water and a small fridge.

The room had great space, with a nice desk, good lighting and a big mirror. The bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. As for the bed, it was confortable and the size was great for two people. Concerning location, it is located near the marine and there's a lot of nice bars right beside it. It is also easy to walk to the Gran Via and other famous streets/visiting points such as the Rua Pescadería. The hotel has a parking garage which is good since there's no free/available parking in town.

Although it has parking, it is 16 euros per night, which is sooo expensive. On the other hand, we had two problems with our room - first of all, there was a shower/"sauna/spa" thing in the bathroom that didn't work and second, we all a problem with the toilet, which was leaking water. However, the staff was really helpful regarding this problem, even offering other bedroom. Finally, for the price, we were expecting to have a nice breakfast in the morning - well, the breakfast all-you-can-eat is expensive and it did not have anything special.

Well located hotel with very friendly front desk staff. Close to several restaurants. We did have a good bit of street noise overnight but the rooms were very well stocked, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. Camino pilgrims - this property does accept luggage transport.

The location was good for moving around the city. The staff were also very nice and allowed us to store our bags at the desk for a few hours after we checked out. The bathroom was nice and included a bidet.

It would be great if they had an airport shuttle or a little more information about how to get from the airport to the hotel.

Lovely hotel with side sea view from my room , restaurants and cafes all around 10 minutes walk to Old Town and 5 to catch ferry to the islands. Lovely open reception area and bar with restaurant. Staff very helpful. Excellent value for the facilities.

Everything was good

Excellent location for the old town and the waterfront. There are plenty of places to visit and places to eat. The ferry across the estuary is just a short walk away and worth a trip to Cangas and the Atlantic Islands

The hotel room has areas that need repairing

The location is perfect for the Camiño trail - they also have a stamp. Located just at the marina/ port it was quite beautiful and easily accessible from the train station or boat. Yeh breakfast is located on the top floor - the view is stunning. The room was beautiful - the bed comfy and shower brilliant. A 12:00 was welcome after my late arrival. Good communication from the hotel staff

Breakfast excellent. Location perfect.

Our bed had a wooden base which projected 3-4 inches from the mattress with the result that I banged my leg on the corner several times before I was used to it. I came home with a bruised leg.

Location was excellent, right on the marina front but also in the ‘high end’ part of town with plenty of nice restaurants & bars. 10 minutes walk from the be old town with an abundance of restaurants, bars & squares. Extremely quaint at night.

Beautiful reception area but room was a little dated. Perfectly adequate, clean & functional. Air con worked well.
