The bedroom was great. Well cleaned, big enough for two people. The bathroom was good too. Great shower and clean towels! Shower gel and shampoo smelled so good. The staff were super nice. The man staff who work on breakfast was super super nice and helpfull.

We had to chose a hour to go to breakfast but when we arrived at the breakfast place it was chaotic. We didn’t have a place to sit and was full of people. I think no one respected their timetable and the staff didn’t control that too.

We have been with B&B Vigo the 3rd time and really enjoy the location and service.

No parking (we always pay for a car park close by). You could offer us a discount e.g. for breakfast as we booked several times with you. we have never signed up with the scheme they offer (I think you get free breakfast on your 2nd visit, however we got never offered that / but to be honest didn’t sign up)

I love the location of this hotel because is near all the Christmas lights. The room was nice and comfortable. The personal staff was really helpful and very nice.

The neighbors were off because they hit our wall for us to be quiet. It's not my fault that the rooms are very close to each other so for me if I'm watching a movie or talking on the phone I'll speak how hard I like. I pay for my stay, and I can talk as much as I want.

The location was just right. The room was a good size. The free hot drinks in the lobby were good.

I couldn't seem to get the Aircon working properly although I didn't ask about it at reception so it may have been something simple that I just wasn't doing. Also in the bathroom there was an unpleasant smell which I think was from the drain in the shower.

They could improve a bit more the cleanliness of the apartment. Also, the toilet and shower plumbing have a smell of sewage. They could introduce anti-smell drains in their plumbings.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, comfortable room, tasty breakfast. Appreciated extra request for take away breakfast that was even exceeded by the staff.

Everything was great. The only watchout for the guests - consider that it's not easy to find a free parking close to the hotel since it's a city centre.

It is a very nice hotel. Very clean and we'll suited for a night of rest. The location is amazing and was just what we need for a good night. The breakfast is amazing as well.

Excellent location. So close to bus station & convenient to most tourist areas Breakfast was the best. Most hotels had continental brkfast only. This one was so complete & server readily replenished when quantity was low. There was also a 24-hr coffee machine/dispenser, water & late evening snacks in lobby.

Room is comfortable and quiet. Drinks are free at any time (coffee, tea, herbal tea, hot chocolate and water). There are an "other drinks" and snacks machines.

Breakfast should improve adding different kind of breads, different kind of omelets homemade and some peeled fresh fruit.

Place was perfect and better for the price than expected. The breakfast was superb and on par with more higher star hotels . Very generous with free water and coffee when ever you want
