The hotel room was really nice, clean, well equipped and with a nice view over the city of Vigo. The bed was really comfortable, the room was large enough, the staff was really friendly, there were free warm drinks all day long which was a big plus, and the breakfast was very good! I was in this hotel during the big iberia blackout of 28th of April 2025, and luckily enough that the hotel had a generator which kept the common areas lit and functioning, so we were still able to charge our phones, get warm drinks and just talk with other people before going to sleep. So that was another unexpected plus of this hotel!

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working at the time of my visit and the room was a bit too warm for my comfort, and the room circuit breaker made a constant buzzing sound which was slightly annoying. But nothing was a deal breaker.

It was spacey enough and walkable to many things. they had lots of offers for their guests. And they care about the environment.

They need to clean the windows. They need to use a bin that has a lid in the toilet. I was on my period and couldn’t use the toilet bin because it was wide open. So I had to use a plastic bag. There was no blanket for summer. We had to sleep in the thin sheet because all we had was a warm blanket for winter in the closet. So I woke up freezing a couple of times.

The location is great, close to historic places but out of the tourist hassle. Room was confortable and clean. At breakfast staff was not very helpful, we needed half a liter of hot water for our thermos and respectfully asked the employee for it, she replied rudely “just get it from the coffee machine, press it as many times as you need to fill your thermos” and so we did of course. The check in guys were very nice and helpful though

We have been with B&B Vigo the 3rd time and really enjoy the location and service.

No parking (we always pay for a car park close by). You could offer us a discount e.g. for breakfast as we booked several times with you. we have never signed up with the scheme they offer (I think you get free breakfast on your 2nd visit, however we got never offered that / but to be honest didn’t sign up)

The bedroom was great. Well cleaned, big enough for two people. The bathroom was good too. Great shower and clean towels! Shower gel and shampoo smelled so good. The staff were super nice. The man staff who work on breakfast was super super nice and helpfull.

We had to chose a hour to go to breakfast but when we arrived at the breakfast place it was chaotic. We didn’t have a place to sit and was full of people. I think no one respected their timetable and the staff didn’t control that too.

Comfortable and spacious room with excellent views over Vigo. Clean towels daily with good supplies of Dove body wash and shampoo. TV and fridge too. Good and healthy selection at breakfast. Close to train and bus station, along with shopping centre (supermarket, food court, shops etc), as well as close to port/city centre.

It is a very hilly city with the hotel being quite a climb.

I love the location of this hotel because is near all the Christmas lights. The room was nice and comfortable. The personal staff was really helpful and very nice.

The neighbors were off because they hit our wall for us to be quiet. It's not my fault that the rooms are very close to each other so for me if I'm watching a movie or talking on the phone I'll speak how hard I like. I pay for my stay, and I can talk as much as I want.

The location was just right. The room was a good size. The free hot drinks in the lobby were good.

I couldn't seem to get the Aircon working properly although I didn't ask about it at reception so it may have been something simple that I just wasn't doing. Also in the bathroom there was an unpleasant smell which I think was from the drain in the shower.

Friendly staff, wonderful huge room with views of the city, we couldn’t believe how big the room and the beds were, great for the prices. Very handy location, right next to bus and train station and 20 mins walk to port

Ultra minimalist, modern, and very clean. Biggest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel room. Unlimited hot water, coffee etc in a machine that grinds the beans as it makes your cup of coffee! Beautiful view as pictured in advertisements. Helpful staff that let us keep our luggage in storage for a few hours after checkout.
