Great location in the city center and also very close to the route back onto the Camino . Very spacious twin room. Plenty of wardrobe space . Bathroom was large and clean . Water pressure in shower wasn’t great .. ok for a shower but wouldn’t rinse conditioner well . Also there’s a frosted window between the bathroom and bedroom so if you use the bathroom during the night , you’ll wake your companion .

Lovely bright room with great ambience. Good breakfast and nice staff. Location is excellent in terms of being central to everything. I asked for a room with a window facing the street and was accommodated gladly. Obviously there is some street noise as this is a busy city but way less than you’d expect. Complimentary products in the bathroom (including lotions and conditioner) were very welcome.

The internal lights in the bedrooms work in a sort of motion sensor which can be sort if annoying but of course you can just switch them off!

The breakfast was exceptional, so much choice. They even had good options of gluten free products. The room had everything I needed, including a good safe. The staff was really helpful. I wanted to do some shopping, they took the time to explain well where I needed to go, showing and drawing on a map. Check in and check out was really efficient. The location was very central, in downtown close to lots of shops and the train station. Still the area was not too busy.

The bed was a bit hard.

Great location next to the railway station and walking distance to downtown. Nice rooftop space with seats and sunbeds. Dining room is closed over the weekend so I can't comment on the quality of the kitchen. And of course a very competitive price for what is offered.

They advertise a wide range of national and international TV channels. Unfortunately that is not the case - no international news channels, no non-Spanish national stations and, what they do provide, only in Spanish.

Great location and clean, spacious room with a lovely view. Beautiful rooftop mirador. Staff was wonderful and the hotel was centrally located yet quiet.

The glass bathroom door didn’t afford as much privacy as a regular door but the room was large enough that this wasn’t a deal breaker. Would have appreciated healthier choices at breakfast.

Centrally located 5 minutes’ walk from Vigo Urzáiz railway station. Upper-floor views across the Ría de Vigo incredible. Staff friendly and accommodating earlier than planned check-in and with storing luggage after check-out. Restaurant menu was limited but food quality was acceptable.

Would have been good to be able to set air con temperature independently (centrally controlled at 21°C) so room was a bit warmer than I would have liked.

I booked a budget single room whilst walking the camino and it was great. super clean, comfortable bed, very helpful staff (I hurt my toe walking and they gave me a first aid kit without me asking). I wished I stayed longer, just to stay in the hotel!

the only negative was that I heard people licking their doors and leaning in the morning. the room was very tiny, but that is what I booked. it was big enough for me to sit at the chair. oh, the tv wasn’t set up properly and wasn’t working but I wasn’t bothered by that.

Great location, close to the bus station and a short walk into the centre. Check in was quick and easy and the roof terrace has spectacular views. A very good stay and good value!

It is a very busy area in terms of traffic. We were high up but could still hear that throughout the night, so some better windows would make this a perfect hotel.

Great location, staff very polite, very good breakfast. The beds very comfortable. Small but nice and clean room. Staff recommended a very good restaurant for the dinner not far from hotel. Staf professional and helpful. We were doing our way to Santiago. Perfect hotel for a couple of nights! Better tan expected! Definitely recommend it!

Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Good breakfast selection, plenty of choice. Location good, gentle stroll down to the old town and all the bars/restaurants.

The hotel is on the corner of two busy roads. The traffic noise was pretty bad from early in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel but people should be aware.
