Location, very good for the train and bus stations, stores and pharmacies. The room was comfortable, with responsive air-con. Toiletries in bathroom, no need to ask in reception. Room was not very large for the price, but otherwise comfortable. Good breakfast with lots of options. Good mattress, and shower was strong. Staff were kind as I needed ice to help with a bruise after a fall (beware the steep streets of Vigo!)

Minor note: access to the Viewpoint on the top floor is seemingly available to anyone, maybe should be only to hotel guests? Makes it feel not very safe in the late evening when you're up there taking in the view.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed. Free water provided and a very good hairdryer in the bathroom. Staff were lovely - I would come back here if staying in Vigo again. Make sure you go to the rooftop to check out the view! I stayed for the Camino - helpful the hotel is located halfway up that awful hill between the cathedral and Vigo Cruce so that made the walk a bit easier in the morning

Great location in the city center and also very close to the route back onto the Camino . Very spacious twin room. Plenty of wardrobe space . Bathroom was large and clean . Water pressure in shower wasn’t great .. ok for a shower but wouldn’t rinse conditioner well . Also there’s a frosted window between the bathroom and bedroom so if you use the bathroom during the night , you’ll wake your companion .

Great location next to the railway station and walking distance to downtown. Nice rooftop space with seats and sunbeds. Dining room is closed over the weekend so I can't comment on the quality of the kitchen. And of course a very competitive price for what is offered.

They advertise a wide range of national and international TV channels. Unfortunately that is not the case - no international news channels, no non-Spanish national stations and, what they do provide, only in Spanish.

The breakfast was exceptional, so much choice. They even had good options of gluten free products. The room had everything I needed, including a good safe. The staff was really helpful. I wanted to do some shopping, they took the time to explain well where I needed to go, showing and drawing on a map. Check in and check out was really efficient. The location was very central, in downtown close to lots of shops and the train station. Still the area was not too busy.

The bed was a bit hard.

Lovely bright room with great ambience. Good breakfast and nice staff. Location is excellent in terms of being central to everything. I asked for a room with a window facing the street and was accommodated gladly. Obviously there is some street noise as this is a busy city but way less than you’d expect. Complimentary products in the bathroom (including lotions and conditioner) were very welcome.

The internal lights in the bedrooms work in a sort of motion sensor which can be sort if annoying but of course you can just switch them off!

The hotel was easy to find with lovely reception staff. A very well appointed room. We chose a room with a view on the eighth floor, the view was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast, good with a wide choice of food. Thank you to the reception staff who didn’t seem to mind that we were dripping wet and who very kindly offered us a space for our bicycles.

Great location and clean, spacious room with a lovely view. Beautiful rooftop mirador. Staff was wonderful and the hotel was centrally located yet quiet.

The glass bathroom door didn’t afford as much privacy as a regular door but the room was large enough that this wasn’t a deal breaker. Would have appreciated healthier choices at breakfast.

Centrally located 5 minutes’ walk from Vigo Urzáiz railway station. Upper-floor views across the Ría de Vigo incredible. Staff friendly and accommodating earlier than planned check-in and with storing luggage after check-out. Restaurant menu was limited but food quality was acceptable.

Would have been good to be able to set air con temperature independently (centrally controlled at 21°C) so room was a bit warmer than I would have liked.

I booked a budget single room whilst walking the camino and it was great. super clean, comfortable bed, very helpful staff (I hurt my toe walking and they gave me a first aid kit without me asking). I wished I stayed longer, just to stay in the hotel!

the only negative was that I heard people licking their doors and leaning in the morning. the room was very tiny, but that is what I booked. it was big enough for me to sit at the chair. oh, the tv wasn’t set up properly and wasn’t working but I wasn’t bothered by that.
