Great location, comfortable and big apartment, well-kept and clean. Check-in and check-outs were smooth. Internet is fast and there's plenty of natural light in the apartment.

Lights are poorly managed, they're too strong. There's no night lights in the living room and no bed lamps in the bedrooms. Also, some kitchen rags should be provided.

I rarely write a feedback but this hotel is a 10/10!! 100% recommend it. the staffs were especially very friendly and helpful during the whole stay. super responsive via WhatsApp and gave every support needed. I have forgotten my iPhone on the day of departure but the hotel sent it to me right away. the hotel is in walkable distance from where all the restaurants are, but therefor very quiet and family friendly ( even has park for kids and close to the port ). The window blinds are perfect and makes the room very dark at night ( which made our kids sleep well ) the access to the airport is mere 10-15mins by Taxi.

It was all very simple. All the instructions were sent by email. The apartment was really well located and very comfortable. We really enjoyed everything and will most likely return.

There's not very much to dislike really. The only inconvenience was when the elevator was on maintenance, we had to climb the ladders to the 8th floor.

Very big, very clean, fantastic location. Big bathroom and great shower.

This seems picky given the type of property it is but a couple of up-lights would do wonders. The lights are way too harsh especially in the bedroom and there is no way of dimming them

Well located, easy to find. Had an elevator. Staff responded quickly last night with regard to someone's child throwing a fit for over an hour.

No instructions on how to operate the stove.

Location is fabulous, close to old town, sea port, restaurants and shops. Apartment was very clean with a lot of space and comfortable beds.

Noises from the neighbours.

On departure day the door is closed after opening once. So of You wannee to go for a Coffee.. You could not enter the appartment anymore! 😏☹️
