Location was excellent, overlooking the main square, everything was a short, walkable distance away in terms of bars and restaurants and main bus and train stations were about 20/25 mins or a €5-6 taxi. Despite central location, it was quite late at night. Staff were friendly and helpful with excellent English spoken. Free coffee, tea and biscuits in communal area. Room was large and clean. Good WiFi. Beds were comfy. Our room was on the 4th floor, which had windows all along one wall and got the sun on it first thing in the morning. Pluses of this are that it was very light and airy with great views of the square, but negative is that it can get very hot. If staying in the height of summer a lower floor may stay cooler.

No air con. However, even though it was hot, with windows open at nighttime, we slept well

The location is amazing! So close to shops and bars and the surroundings are historic and beautiful. The staff were very accommodating! They let us check in a little early and on our departure they helped us order a taxi to the airport and let us leave our bags at the hotel for the day. Our room was amazing, the windows wrapped around two walls and the decor was lovely. It was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The hotel also had tea, a coffee machine and biscuits for everyone to use. Overall a great stay!

Nothing! The tv wasn’t up and running when we arrived but we soon got it going.

Brilliant location in the centre of town. 2 mins from Cathedral. Right on main square. Friendly staff - very welcoming

It is noisy - some external noise is natural in a city centre, and is part of the atmosphere. But this is internal - it felt like a pipe was running through my room, with water gushing as other guests used bathrooms or showers. Not ideal. The shower was really poky - the tiniest I have used in any hostel or hotel.

The location was fantastic to see the Vigo Christmas lights, The hotel room was lovely, clean and spacious. Late checkout so you don't have to rush.

The check-in process was different as there was no physical staff present, all details including passport info was asked for through an intercom followed by instructions on how to access the key cards. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room, it would have been great to enjoy a cuppa before getting ready and checking out 😒

The hotel looks great! There were 2 very comfortable and big beds. The room was very clean. There was a coffee machine, tea and water to fill in bottles. The location is the best!! Just on the main plaza! We had a great surprise. Maria, the receptionist at the desk was so nice and so helpful! I would highly recommend boing this hotel if you travel to Vigo or doing the Camino as it’s just on the Camino trail!

I liked everything!

Location was great right in the Plaza with a good cafe next door and easy to walk everywhere. The room was adequate and clean. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful.

My room 201 shared a wall with the elevator so I barely got any sleep. Even with my white noise app on high volume it just couldn't drown out the noise from the clunky old lift. This room also faced the Plaza where a nightclub was right below that didn't close till 2am. But the lift noise was the worst.

I like that we eazily went to all the places in the city, and could have nice breakfast for €13 for two people 50meters away from the hotel. The check in system was fast and easy.

There is no breakfast which is fine on regular days because there are excellent and cheep breakfast options 50 meters away from the hotel but, on Christmas nothing was open and we were not prepared so had to find a gas station somewhere to get some food.

Very central location. I think I was upgraded to a bigger room. I booked a single room (I think) but got a really big room with one double bed (where I slept) and one single bed. The hotel has an area with free coffee and cookies. That was a lovely detail.

I liked everything and want to stay there in the future as well. Some older people might not like the slippery floor of the shower cubicle and the steep staircases.

Very convenient location, right by everything you need: banks, laundry, pharmacies, cafes, and a gelato place. A good hiking store close by too! Staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us book a trip to Cies Island. The beds were comfy, got the best sleep on the Camino so far here. They also offered free coffee, tea, biscuits, and water on the first floor.

The location could not have been better! A bit of noise because it was right on the busy square, but it's to be expected when you're in the middle of everything. Turned the fan on and the noise didn't disrupt my sleep. Everything I needed was within a 5 minute walk. The coffee stand and fresh water available at all times was great. The staff was very helpful and kind!

Laundry in the hotel would have been a great plus, but the staff was very helpful directing me to the closest laundromat.
