Very good central location, excellent and helpful staff with spot-on restaurant revommendations, wonderful breakfast selection, spacious room, extremely fast taxi service, still newspapers on offer to be read with your coffee... Absolutely to be recommended.

All was perfect. (Even the black and mirrory nightclub decor didn't stand out too much like it does on the photos.)

The location was just what I needed, close to both the two train stations in Vigo (I arrived at one, left from the other - so that's why I chose the hotel. I arrive late and very tired, and then had to leave early the next morning (both the two times I stayed very recently). The staff were considerate (when I was tired) and organised an early breakfast for me in the morning.

Pleasant room. Everything I needed except a kettle and tea would have been good as well as the coffee maker.. Lovely towels. Nice bath when I arrived at 1am after a long trip! Reception friendly and helpful. Easy walking to restaurants and plaza etc. I would stay here again.

Booked the expensive executive room with a spa bath... But no bath products provided. only a tiny 1 cm piece of bath soap.

Location perfect as very adjacent to the old town. Also just a few minutes from the harbour. Only one staff present most of day, but couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.

Room a little on basic side and safe not working.

The room was modern and spacious, with comfy bed and plenty of storage space. The hotel was close to the centre of Vigo and perfect for exploring the Cies Islands (boat is 5 mins walk from the hotel). We were greeted by friendly staff and the breakfast was great, with eggs made to order. Overall a really comfortable stay in Vigo.

Property is beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was right in the middle of the lights and Christmas festivities.

The breakfast was disappointing

The Hotel was spotless and the staff were exceptionally helpful..

I have stayed in numerous hotels in Vigo and, as far as customer service is concerned, this was far and away the best. All the staff I dealt with, from Sole and colleagues to the staff in the breakfast room, addressed each request I had with energy and pleasant professionalism, and were warmly attentive at all times. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Booking.com gives you the option of a double bed or two single mattresses together, depending on availability. So if you need a double bed, make sure you check in advance with the hotel.

Spacious room with good furniture and a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little too firm for me.
