Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us. They were in touch with us before we arrived to make sure the check in process was as smooth as possible, and very helpful during our stay recommending restaurants and sites. We got upgraded to a newly refurbished room which was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything basic you would need.

The bathroom door doesn’t have enough privacy, you can see in and when inside you can see out.

Great Central location near both the port as well as bars and restaurants. Room was cleaned every day and had everything I needed - good amount of sockets especially by mirrors and bed, hairdryer, plenty of storage and despite being on my own, a nice large and comfortable bed. I even had a small balcony. I was surprised to see the addition of shower/ wash gel supplied in the bathroom which you wouldn't necessarily expect from a 3 star hotel. All in all great value for money.

There was nothing really to dislike. The only little thing perhaps was that the room was a little bit cramped. However, I was only there to shower, change and sleep and the room was cosy and clean

Location is perfect! Very friendly person at the reception that gave good tips for Camino route.

Everything was clean, but was missing a bed sheet to cover. There was just a blanket that was too hot to use since no air conditioner in the room. Opened the window during the night together with mosquitos 😄

The location is excellent, the hotel is small and simple but makes the best of its available space. Staff are friendly and hospitable, housekeeping is excellent. Our room was small but all we expected for a budget stay midst a 4 months trip. Clean, comfortable, secure and in a great spot.

It was perfect, spacious, clean etc. I wasn´t expecting much due to booking.com ratings. However, It was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Much better than those with 9 plus ratings. Staff also very nice.

Receptionist who checked me in was so nice and informative! It’s only 6 bunk beds per room with two full bathrooms. Such a luxury after albergue living! Comfortable and clean beds.

More like a hotel than an albergue, so limited laundry and kitchen.

Fantastic location on waterfront in amongst lots of bars and eateries. Lovely staff. Room small but contains everything you need. . Great value for money.

everything was good. this was the least expensive place I could find in Vigo for those dates so I was prepared for the worst . Well, what a surprise!! the place is clean, comfortable, the staff is super nice, location is great, room very good for the price , very thing makes it a really really good value. it’s not luxury, but for the price is perfect !! I give it a 10!

breakfast . it’s pretty bad . just eat breakfast outside the hotel …. there are plenty places near by

Great location, lots of interesting bars and restaurants around. The staff seemed nice. The room was a decent size and everything important seemed to work. There was a lift. Breakfast (coffee, juice, toast and jam) definitely better than nothing! There were things we weren't keen on but on balance for a budget stay in vigo I would recommend.

The lift was like the start of a horror film, used it once and took the stairs thereafter! But if you need/want a lift it's good to have one. Odd smell in the room like stale smoke, we wondered what it could be until in the morning saw one of the staff smoking in another room while cleaning... not ideal but again, the staff all seemed nice and it's a decent price for the location and provision.

Excellent value for money. Although the room I had was on small size this was in keeping with the property and they have clearly made the best use of the space available. Again excellent value.

At the price their was nothing to dislike.
