Excellent position on the waterfront of Vigo. Exceptional front desk staff member at my arrival, who speaks English . Happy, smiling welcome. Explained the facilities and restaurant hours. My room was very comfortable for an overnite stay. Small mini bar fridge with enough selection if needed. There are no close major Supermarkets in 1 km radius. A small SPAR up the side street with limited items. Due to lack of shops and eateries open on a Sunday, I chose to have breakfast at the hotel. It was an extensive buffet, that had something for everyone's needs. Espresso coffee machine. Hot and cold breakfast options. Good value for money I thought at 17 Euros if you didn't get it in a room package.. I chose to eat at the hotel, as other options were slim in the neighbourhood. Went to a coffee shop called Jamacia nearby, the day before with friends, and the service was abysmal. Waited almost 20 mins to order after being told to sit down, and someone will take order. Only ordered coffees, took further 15 mins to arrive. So the AC Marriott is a good choice to fuel up before setting out on your day.

Nothing not to like.

A classy 4* hotel. Lovely staff, first class breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful and we were able to leave suitcases for a 3hrs after we checked out. It was during those few hours that we went left coming out of the hotel and found Mercado de Piedra.... a whole indoor market with brilliant shops and eateries!

Everything was brilliant.... the breakfast was excellent with a great variety and served from 7am to 11am. Lovely continental selection, breads, yoghurt and fruits and any choice of seeds, nuts etc. cakes, croissants plus meats and cheeses. There was also a hot breakfast of rashers, scrambled eggs, and mushrooms plus toast.

The view from the room looking at the water was beautiful. The location to the center of town and the water front was excellent. The room was clean. The staff went above and beyond to help us with some of our special requests. The breakfast was delicious.

The place has an unbeatable location. The old town is just behind the hotel and the port (where to take the ferry to Cies Islands) is just in front of the hotel. We booked Queen Room; it was on the second floor and looking at the Port side. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Finding a coffee & tea machine ready, when we were coming back to the hotel was awesome. We had a very comfortable stay.

We didn't like the design of the toilet door :/ It's quite funny I know but the door was glass and was not strictly closing; it was leaving one-finger gap between the door case and the door edge. It felt a bit uncomfortable not to have total privacy of a toilet :)

Very good option, nicely situated in the old city center. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Very pleasant and helpsul staff. My room had lovely big windows, with partial look out on harbour.

The glass in the windows do not insulate noise from outside. So you will notably hear traffic and possible nightlife noise (though for me it was manageable) I would recommend windows to be upgraded for better noise insulation in future.

Toilet broke but was fixed ASAP.

This hotel has the best location in town! Across the street from the maritime Club and just a couple of blocks away from the old part of town and also from the shopping area. We walked everywhere very easily and safely. The sea view from our room was spectacular! From the outside, it preserves the charm of an older & classy edification but the inside has been totally remodeled to comply with modern needs and design. I would come back to this hotel on a future visit to Vigo

The location is the star, close to the pier, right in the middle of the night life zone, despite this the place is very peaceful and quiet. Great restaurants very close to the Hotel. The bedroom was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The shower door was a little bit narrow so the floors would get wet really easily, but nothing too major.

As you would expect this is an excellent hotel. The hotel is in a good location (right across the street from the cruise line terminal) The hotel & the room is clean and comfortable. The reception & room service staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with cooked or continental options. I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing that I could say about the hotel or its staff that I did not like. But there are no in room coffee or tea making facilities
